Large, modern apartment house "2 BDR Sea View Blubay", built in 2000. House Equipment: lift, air conditioning, 24h reception. Access & Parking: no parking possible. All-season motor access to the house. Situation: in the centre of Sliema of St. Julians, in the district of La Valletta, central position by the sea. View from the apartment of the sea and the port. Surroundings of the house: swimming pool (shared use, length 6 m x width 4 m), indoor pool (shared use, heated, length 2 m x width 4 m). Facilities and distances: shop 100 m, grocers 100 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m, swimming pool 500 m, rocky beach 1 km, golf course 10 km, tennis 1 km, bus stop 100 m. All bookings will be allocated according to type at time of booking in one of the 3 different apartment-houses, in a distance-range of 500 meters to the Housekeeper- Reception. Total Nbr. of pools for all 3 buildings together : 1 indoor-pool , open all year. 2 outdoor pools, water not heated. During the 6 month between oct – april, the 2 outdoor pool might be closes due to maintenance. All Pictures shows, are real ones , but typical examples for all apartments in all 3 houses . Well-known holiday resort, in the eastern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view, 3 km north-west from Valletta. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sliema and the coastline up to neighbouring St Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal resort. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and cafe life. Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area with Malta's most recent hotels. The town began to develop rapidly in the early 20th century as a summer resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quiet, inland streets. The Sliema promontory offers on one side stunning views across to Valletta and on the other, open sea views. The promenade, which runs for several kilometres from Gzira just south of Sliema to St Julian's, is ideal for walker and joggers. There are plenty of outdoor cafes and diners along the promenade and on summer evenings the seafront becomes a sociable meeting place for locals.Summer
