Customer reviews in Grindelwald

Based on 449 ratings

If you’re traveling with your family or large group, this spacious home has plenty to offer… including incredible views. The views are weather dependent so soak them up when you can. Highly recommend driving to the parking lot or taking the bus to Kreuzweg stop and walking down. The hill to this place is no joke, especially if you’re carrying luggage. Even from the car park there is a steep climb but far more manageable than the entire climb.

The accommodation was 5 minutes away from the station, so it was easy to move with my parents. There were many cooking utensils, so it was good to cook. The water pressure was very good. The terrace view is great, not to mention. One disadvantage is that there is no Wi-Fi.

The chalet was very comfortable and very well stocked. The view was exceptional with the Eiger front and center. We enjoyed the balcony and the fireplace so much. The driveway is a little tricky but we mostly walked into town to take the train to our activities in the region and took the 122 bus back to the house (we got off the stop further up from the house in order to walk downhill)

Our second-story apartment was quiet, cozy and very comfortable with exciting views of Fiescherhorn! The spaces were clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Working with the local Interhome crew was an absolute pleasure. We appreciated the laundry service, and also the kind assistance with a cell phone issue. Our Interhome experience was one of the very best in our international travels, and we hope to book with Interhome again soon. Thank you Interhome Grindelwald!

We enjoyed our second stay in this large, very comfortable apartment, It has a small, but functional kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Direct access to balcony from the bedroom and living area. The location is a short walk to the train station, shops, and the First gondola.

Chalet was spacious, very clean and everything needed for a great stay. The chalet is situated in a great location for Grindlewald station and village. The only issue that may impact is the very steep approach road to the chalet. This will certainly have your pulse racing and I would advise against for those with any walking health issue.

My family and I were very happy with this apartment. the environment was excellent and made us feel like home. it was clean comfortable and, had everything we needed. The internet was very reliable which made our stay more convenient. The view was absolutely beautiful the location was perfect just a short walk to food store and train station. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. I strongly recommend it and definitely will came back.

We had the most amazing holiday in Grindelwald - the chalet was perfect, so comfortable and homely with the best views of the mountains - just a short walk into town and just enough on the edge to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Loved listening to the cow and sheep bells and the river at the bottom of the hill. We will definitely be back to this very special place - thank you

This apartment could be great with a few modifications: - a shorter shower curtain that would actually dry and not be moldy - slightly thicker towels - didn't think they made such thin towels - WiFi - this should be a basic service in this day and age It's a really nice apartment in a good location
