Private: large garden 2'000 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 10.May.. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Viareggio" 12 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 12 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 14.7 km, Forte dei Marmi 25.4 km, Lucca 26 km, Pisa 30.4 km, Lerici 54 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 46.7 km. Location Description Massarosa

10 m a.s.l. >>Massarosa is situated at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, only a few kilometres away from the Lago Massaciuccoli, which is a nature reserve and attracts many different types of bird. The Giacomo Puccini villa is located on the bank nearest to the sea and hosts open-air opera festivals. Viareggio is also just as easy to reach with its beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife. The "Sagra della Ranocchiocciola" is a well-known festival. Resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, on a slope, in a convenient position, 10 km east from Viareggio, 18 km west from Lucca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km.

Leider haben wir nur ein Tag in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Betten sind veraltet, ausgeleiert und teilweise so unbequem, so dass sie zum Schlafen überhaupt nicht geeignet sind. Die Bettüberzüge müssen dringend erneuert werden. Grillen ist verboten. Das Haus ist nicht sauber muss dringend gereinigt werden, es reicht nicht aus, nur oberflächlich sauber zu machen. Der Garten ungepflegt nicht zum Entspannen. Spinnenweben, Ameisen und Mücken (keine Netzvorrichtungen). Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Ruim huis met goed overdekt terras. Helaas terras aan de achterkant van het huis, dus vanaf daar geen uitzicht (de heg...). Ook was het huis lastig koel te houden. Wij vonden de bedden matig tot slecht. De keuken is riant, goed van alles voorzien en de vriezer is heel prettig. Perfecte wifi (tegen betaling: 2 euro p/d). Wel goed om te weten dat het huis bovenop de heuvel ligt aan een weg die doodloopt en dus voor alles moet je eerst 15 minuten de berg af rijden... Van de tuin hebben we eigenlijk geen gebruik gemaakt omdat het vrij schuin loopt en er geen meubilair in staat. Je moet dan alles verslepen en dat gaat niet heel gemakkelijk.

Op heuvel aan doodlopende weg, dus voor alles 15 min berg af. Je hoort buren uit omringende huizen (en honden, hanen, ezels), wel privacy door begroeiing. Mooi wandelen naar lager gelegen dorpje. Geen winkels/horeca op loopafstand. Ruim huis met overdekt terras aan achterkant van het huis, dus geen uitzicht (de heg...). Binnen lastig koel te houden (m.n. de vide). Bedden voor ons matig tot slecht. Riante keuken met alles. Perfecte wifi (€2 p/d). Tuin niet gebruikt: te schuin en zonder meubilair.

Das Haus liegt nicht mehr im Dorf, Man braucht zu Fuß als trainierter Erwachsener 20 Minuten steil bergauf von der Bar zum Haus. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist nur etwas für starke Nerven. Das Haus selbst ist ok, der Garten war steil, vertrocknet, enttäuschend. Grill kaputt, Pizzaofen abgesperrt. Die Bette sind einfach, die Sanitäranlagen modern und gut, aber bitter die Duschvorhänge erneuern. Die Schlafplätze über der Küche sind auf einer offenen Galerie, - schwierig. Der Besitzer ist nett.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit riesigem Grundstück. Wir waren als Paar mit Hunden da, diese sollte allerdings die kurvige Strecke nicht stören. Am besten nicht aufs Navi vertrauen, wir wurden immer auf einen Feldweg gelöst der unfahrbar ist.

Haben über Pfingsten das zweite mal dort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wie auch beim letzten Aufenthalt, war das Haus mit Garten sehr gepflegt. Marco, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Für Kinder das optimale Ferienhaus mit großem Garten zum erkunden. Würden wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub in der Toskana verbringen.

Haus hat gute, ruhige Lage. Ca. 20 Min. Fahrzeit bis ins Tal. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind nicht so toll, da sehr viele Ameisen und in den Zimmern überall Spinnweben sind. Das Haus macht ein etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck und sollte dringen gereinigt und ältere Lebensmittel entsorgt werden. Bäder sind auch nicht die Besten und die Duschvorhänge gehen so nicht. Vermieter sind nett und sonst hat alles gut geklappt.

wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen unseren Herbsturlaub verbracht. Blitzsauber, äußerst gut ausgestattet und in traumhafter Lage auf einem Hügelkanm. Riesiger eingezäunter Garten lud die Kinder zum Spielen ein, während wir Eltern unser Getränk auf der überdachten Terrasse genießen konnten!
