Attractive, excellent location with everything you need within walking distance. Villa very well equipped, very clean and tidy and efficiently managed. Bonus of ping pong table and table football, good for young and old. The only downside is various neighbours had barking dogs which were annoying especially at night. Internet coverage was not good. Would recommend

Beautiful view en Nice location. The couch was not great need replacement. Dishwasher also it does not get clean. Twin bed was Good the couch bed was not Good also needs replacement. The house was clean and Nice People. Great hiking routes. Wifi is not great and tv is very very small.

The Property was exactly as advertised. Very well presented and amazing views. Well equipped kitchen and surrounded by beautiful gardens & meadows. Easy access to Colico station to explore Lake Como. Privacy respected by owners who reside below. Thanks for a memorable holiday

The villa was well-furnished and in a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from the lake. The view was absolutely stunning! It had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated, so we weren’t able to use it.

Superschönes Haus mit genialem Blick auf den Comersee und die Landschaft. Das Haus hat alles was des Herz begehrt; sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche (2 davon), schöner Pool mit Garten, moderne Klimaanlage, tolle Badezimmer und den traumhaften Blick auf den Comersee und Umgebung. Ist den Preis wert.

Beautiful modern home, in a perfect location to explore lake Como. The town of Colico itself is also a hidden gem with amazing restaurants, and a beautiful waterfront. We had a car so could explore both sides of the lake, there is however easy access to both the train and the passenger ferry from the town.

Very nice property that was ideal for our vacation. Situated up a small incline about a 7 minute walk from the lakeside. Great pool and outdoor area.
