Despite the weather we had an execellent holiday; the house is very good, the location perfect - lovely Tuscan views and a 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano - and the pool and garden absolutely wonderful. And finally, the owner Pierluigi is friendly, kind and extremely helpful - an absolute joy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained. It was a beautiful location and easy to get to numerous wineries and San Gimignano.

We had a really nice week at P. San Michele. The swimming pool area was fabulous, the views from the balcony were picturesque, and A. the owner who lives next door was very helpful.  The only negative was that the accommodation is on the 2nd floor, so you have to go up a flight of stairs from pool area to the house, which is only an issue if you have small children. Otherwise it was not a problem.  Wifi was very hit and miss, only really worked in the back bedroom.

Lovely Clean, Comfortable home.  Easy to find, very Good standard of furnishing and equipment. Very relaxing swimming pool, plenty of area for sitting/ relaxing/ eating al fresco”.  Super views from the terraces.   Very pleasant owner, always very Courteous and smiling, even in the 30C heat! A very rewarding, relaxing base, Would recommend to family and friends.   Excellent service from D.

This was a nice house to spend a week with our family. However, it was not clear to us from the description that this did not have air-condition in the whole house. It was just in the top floor. First and second floor was because of that extremely hot, and we had difficulties sleeping. Other than that the house, location and pool was great. We also missed some basic things such as wine opener and wash cloth/wash brush for kitchen. So we had to buy quite much basic supplies for just one week.

The view from this home is stunning, overlooking San Gimignano. The pool was so nice as the weather was very warm. The house was in fair condition. There were many lights that did not work, the screen in a bedroom was gone so the windows could. It be opened at nights, the WiFi did not work unless you were sitting right next to the box, and the stove did not work in the main kitchen. We asked for help from the host with very little response. She never came back to help with any of these issues..

We loved our time at Verdi Torre. We left wishing we had more time. It’s a very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. Our evenings outside by the pool were highlights of our holiday. We were two families with teen children and the space fit us perfectly. It is also ideally located for day trips in the region.

Hi!:) We stayed for one week at casa alle vacche and it was amazing. The appartment has everything you need and the location is great. From the area you have amzing view of the surrounding vineyards and you drive max. 20 minutes to the next cities (Certaldo & San Gimignano - both worth a visit!), the street is quite bumpy, but manageable (even with a fiat 500) F. and S. are incredibly nice and funny and the food and wine they serve is delicious! Would definitely recommend.:)

Clean and nice, big place to stay. Location is beautiful, very near San Gimignano, but not practical to reach other regions in Toscana. We stayed during spring so not use swimming pool. The host lady was nice, but does not speak English. But not recommend in cold season, due to separate cost for gas/heating. We were not informed beforehand that spicery and hand soap is extra. You better check with the host beforehand.

We had the perfect two weeks holidays in Tuscany during August 2023. The house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. It has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the swimming is perfect and has sun all day long. The house is easy to reach by car and it's on the top of a hill so you have a breathtaking sunset view everyday. The owner was very responsive and kept close contact with us. We also tried the wines produced by them which was great. Property exactly as described

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is really spacious and the large pool was a big hit with all of us. The host is really helpful and the welcome package was the best one we've had anywhere. A car is definitely needed, but the villa is in a great location for visiting nearby hilltop villages or going further to Florence, Siena and Pisa. Lots to do and stunning views.
