Located quite close to the metro, near the Vatican. The apartment is clean, in a quiet building, with a large and well-equipped kitchen. Two of the rooms are small, while the third bedroom is large. The price is on the higher side.

 We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house. Traveling with my sister (2 adults and 3 kids), we found the home to be absolutely perfect – spacious, spotless, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was peaceful and the house itself was even better than expected.   R. was outstanding – incredibly attentive, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in providing a top-tier experience. Would rent this home again.

Lovely bright apartment in a residential area with local market and restaurants near by. Good bus connections. The apartment is bright and airy and beds very comfortable. The decor is lovely too. Check in was easy and we were able to have a late check out which was so helpful. Couldn't find a kettle and only 2 coffee mugs but apart from that all great.

The apartment was very clean and convenient for everything we wanted to see in Rome. It was a 4 minute walk to the Metro and bus stops. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

This is a beautiful period property that feels like a home. We stayed as a 3 generation family group and there was space to be together and to divide into smaller groups or individuals. The pool terrace is the pinnacle with wonderful views of the coast & across to Rome, mesmerising at night with the Eternal City illuminated. L. & L. are ideal hosts living on-site and quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues but were never intrusive. More AC would be a bonus in bedrooms.

The apartment is very central and easy to walk to various points. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and provided all basic needs. We had a good time and can recommend this apartment for convenience and comfortable stays.

We spend 10 days around Easter, as a family with 2 kids aged 7 and 10. Mara was very helpful and kind, with a prompt and efficient 1st contact. We were pleasantly surprised because the apartment was better than the photos on the website. The high sealings, the well-chosen decoration & the small balcony were highly appreciated. We had space. After a crowded Rome, it's good to rest in the quietness of the flat. The district is nice, with all the restaurants & shops you need for a pleasant stay.

Great apartment. Fantastic location close to Colosseum, restaurants, supermarket etc. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable beds and very easy to check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat is very cosy and it has everything you need. You can easily walk to the bus or to the metro station and nearby you have shops, good restaurants and the famous Testaccio market. With a 20 min walk you can reach Trastevere, Garbatella and the the Jewish district.

We had an amazing time at Roberto’s place. We have stayed at many houses before but never met so much hospitality. Roberto was very helpful and great host. There is everything tou will ever need is in the house. The villa itself is super clean and very cozy ! Will definitely recommend this place if you panning the trip to Italy !
