Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Was uns nicht gefallen hat sind die Töpfe für den Induktionsherd. Man kann damit kein Wasser zum kochen bringen oder man braucht sehr sehr lange dafür. Die Klimaanlage bringt auch nicht die Leistung, sie kühlt einfach nicht. Der Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen war für mich sinnlos. Ich würde noch der Familie empfehlen eine Box auf zustellen für die Polster der Schaukel, da diese nicht schön aus sehen und man sich nicht drauf setzen möchte.

Das wunderschöne Haus ist über einen ca.1,5 km langen Schotterweg zu erreichen und liegt in absoluter Ruhe zwischen Oliven-,Obst-und Weinfeldern. Die Besitzer sind äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit . In dem angrenzenden Restaurant kann man die Köstlichkeit der Toskana genießen welches noch von -la Mama- gekocht wird….. Leider haben uns kleine Käfer ... im Bad das Leben etwas erschwert .Der Induktionsherd etwas seine Tücken ,gehabt.Die Töpfe passten nicht alle zum Herd

Die Lage, die Ruhe und das Restaurant! Das Haus strahlt eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre aus und ist gemütlich eingerichtet ! Der Herd ist mit einigen Tricks zu bedienen ! Leider haben uns Kakerlaken im Bad die letzten Tage vermiest

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, freundliche Gastgeber, ABER: Kellerraum ist durch 19 hohe Treppenstufen vom eigentlichen Wohnraum getrennt, Kellerraum hat weder Fenster/Tür noch Lüftung, wodurch keinerlei Luftaustausch möglich ist und somit ist der Kellerraum eigentlich nicht bewohnbar und bei Feuer potenziell eine gefährliche Falle. Gastgeber geben an, dass noch in diesem Herbst (2022) eine Tür in den Kellerraum eingebaut werden soll. Dann vorbehatlos empfehlenswert!

Es ist korrekt, dass sich im unteren Geschoss ein 2-Bett-Zimmer ohne Fenster befindet, siehe Ausschreibung. Ab März 2023 hat das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss einen Ausgang ins Freie und eine Du/WC.

La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La zona è tranquilla, immersa nel verde e nella più totale tranquillità. L’azienda agricola dei proprietari circonda la casa, all’interno hanno anche un piccolo ristorante a conduzione familiare che consiglio di provare! Il mare è a 10 min in macchina, a 5 minuti il centro di Bibbona con supermarket e negozi. Se cercate una sistemazione comoda, panoramica e tranquilla, il fienile è la casa per voi

Klimatyzator w sypialni nie podłączony nie działał - atrapa ,Klimatyzacja w salonie niewydolna i jej włączenie powodowało po chwili lub po niedługim czasie wybijanie bezpieczników , Brak alternatywnego wentylatora . Garnki nie przystosowane do kuchenki indukcyjnej. Zła jakość wody pitnej (smak osad) Nie ma widoku na morze jak opisano w ofercie Duży plus to przeszklona weranda z ładnym widokiem na pola

Ik werd op slag verliefd op het huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien met een serre waar je nooit meer wil weggaan. Zonsopgang, zonsondergang… bleef maar kijken. Kon er geen genoeg van krijgen… zo mooi! En ook de mogelijkheid om te eten in het rustieke restaurant met een menu van allemaal steekproducten. En last but no least: de eigenaren zijn erg aardig.

Villetta nuova, proprio come nelle foto. Mobili nuovi, cucina con lavastoviglie. Bella vetrata con vista sulla campagna toscana. In inverno ben riscaldata. Pulizia nella media, volendo si potrebbe fare qualcosina in più. Il bagno risulta scomodo, a partire dalla tenda della doccia. Si finisce per allagare tutto, perchè il piatto doccia è direttamente il pavimento. Quasi nessun punto d'appoggio quindi poco pratico. I proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti. Ottimo ristorante dell'agriturismo!!

Wir durften 5 schöne Tage bei S. und S. F. in ihrem neuen Ferienhaus verbringen. Auch wenn noch nicht alles fertig war hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, voeallem die Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen, Weinreben und sogar Meerblick. Und nachts eine Ruhe, einfach wunderbar. Das Highlight war dann an unserem letzten Abend das Essen bei S.+ S. Das war der Hammer, einfach super. Am besten selbst testen, vorher aber reservieren. Wir kommen wieder.

Das freistehende Haus ist genauso wie es die Bilder verraten: stilvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und mit toller Ausstattung. Der tolle Wintergarten mit herrlichen Blick in die toskanische Landschaft ist besonders hervorzuheben. Zum Meer sind es ca 10 Min mit dem Auto, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Zudem sind die hilfsbereiten und sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und deren leckeres regionales Abendessen zu erwähnen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
