Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 04.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour. In the house: table tennis, table football, burglar alarm system. Available: bicycles (4). Cook on request (extra). 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 40 km. Nearby attractions: Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 23 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, San Giuliano Terme 23 km, Firenze 70 km, Viareggio 41 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 101 km. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Prinzipiell schönes Haus und tolle Anlage aber alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht besonders ordentlich.

Das Haus steht in einer sehr schönen Lage. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt über einen recht schlechten Feldweg etwas beschwerlich und es war auch nicht besonders sauber. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren inklusive. Der Kontakt bei der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich. Für Leute die es rustikal wollen ist es auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Accommodatie had mooi kunnen zijn, maar was zeer slecht onderhouden, tuin meubels waren voornamelijk kapot en versleten. De airco was waardeloos, vervuild en veel en veel te klein voor het huis( 2,5 kw wat minimaal 10 kw had moeten zijn) Geen of kapotte horren in de ramen, waardoor veel insecten op de slaapkamers, (muggen, wespen, dazen enz) Gasfornuis functioneerde niet goed, en was veel te klein. Je betaald stroom, maar ook voor de zwembadpomp, en de drankkoelkast van de eigenaar. Het zwembad was het enige mooie, maar de pomp stopte ermee, dus laatste dag groenwater. De toegangs weg( jungelweg) was hobbelig en zeer stoffig. Als je niet precies weet waar je moet zijn (adres bestaat niet op Google maps) vindt je het nooit) Kortom heel veel geld voor oude meuk.? Nooit meer!

Feriehuset var like flott som vi hadde håpet. Herlig å ha et så stor basseng for seg selv. Det var varmt i Italia, så Airkondition kunne vært bedre. Hus eier var morsom og hjelpsom. , Bla fikk vi plukke meloner og tomater mm fra gården, mate hester, og han stod for pizza-aften som var fantastisk. Med våre leiebiler reiste vi til Pisa på ca 1t og fikk sett tårnet og vært på den fantastiske stranden mellom Pisa og Livorno. Vi kjørte og til Cinque Terre (1,5t), Helt fantastisk sted.

Gute Unterkunft, teilweise ist die Möbelierung etwas abgelebt. Betten, Aussenmöbel. Nur 1 Klimaanlage im Treppenaufgang, keine in den Zimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer ist als Durchgangszimmer ausgelegt. Sehr netter Gastgeber, auf Wunsch kocht er für die Gäste für wenig Geld. Wir hatten sein Fischmenue, ausgezeichnet. Mückenplage, Gegenmittel mitnehmen. Wir waren 10 Personen u. 2 Kleinkinder

The area and the house from outside was wonderful, but the details inside the house seemed unfinished with lots of beetles in the ceiling. The fee of electricity was too high, we have to pay for the all house with the pump of pool, which was unusual, ect. the internet did not work all week.

Zufahrt, Qualität, Hygiene/Sauberkeit, Infrastruktur, Ordnung sind nicht akzeptabel. Überall auf dem Land gibt es Pferdemist, Glasscherben von den Aussenlampen, Liegestühle sind defekt und/oder schlechten, schmutzigen Zustand, Poolwasser und Waschbecken aussen waren dunkelgrün voller Algen, im Haus Kot von Nagetieren, überall eine Unordnung und defekte Tische und Stühle. Schlechte Zufahrt, Dornen etc. hängen in die Strasse und, und Gesamteindruck: SCHLECHT!

Ein wirkliches tolle Haus mit schönem Pool! Durch die Steinbauweise auch im Sommer im Inneren kühl - trotz über 40 Grad Außentemperatur haben wir keine Klimaanlage benötigt. Im Haus selbst ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die italienische Lebenskultur ist eine andere, und das spürt man auch im Haus. Dinge, die in Deutschland fürchterlich wichtig sind, werden auch schon mal improvisiert. Wirkliche Mängel konnten wir aber nicht entdecken, und wenn doch, wurden sie sofort behoben! Alles war sauber und ordentlich, der Pool ein Traum. Ohne Probleme kann man sich den ganzen Urlaub auf dem Grundstück aufhalten, ohne sich zu langweilen. Der Gastgeber ist ganz toll! Kümmert sich um alles, ist immer erreichbar und kocht für kleines Geld vorzügliche italienische Spezialitäten. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas schwierig, den richtigen Feldweg zu finden hat man dann aber schnell raus. Aber ein tiefergelegtes oder sehr breites Fahrzeug bekäme wohl Probleme. Fazit: Jederzeit vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen - wenn einem klar ist, in Italien zu sein und von einem typischen Italiener betreut zu werden. "no problem - relax", das gelungene Motto des Urlaubs.

Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr schön und der Pool ist auch gut. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist der Besitzer des Hauses, der sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Einen Abend hat er uns bekocht, dass von ihm zubereitete Dinner mit vielen Gängen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend. Grazie ...

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Sehr geräumig. Schöner Garten. Großer Pool. Für einen fairen Preis bekochte uns der Hausherr mit einem Mehrgänge-Menü mit frischem Fishfood. Nachteilig: Der lange Feldweg zum Haus.

Alles wat mis kon gaan ging ook mis. Eerste dag: Wasmachine stuk, volgend probleem: oven stuk. Door het feit dat het huis lang leeg gestaan had: muizen in huis. Door werken in buurt: kabel voor internet gebroken. Alle lof voor de eigenaar. Hij deed zijn uiterste best om de problemen op te lossen. Onmiddellijk was er een nieuw wasmachine en nieuwe oven. Voor het herstellen van het internet was hij afhankelijk van het telecombedrijf, zodat die herstelling op zich heeft laten wachten.
