In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. Parking at the house. Bus stop 250 m. Mountain railway 1 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Aufenthaltsraum zu eng, nur Oberlichter in den Schlafzimmern, die dann bei Regen nicht belüftet werden können. Sehr steile Treppe im Innenbereich. Schönes Bad, alles sauber.

Frequento da 30 anni la zona e purtroppo ho dovuto trovare una sistemazione diversa da quella che uso abitualmente. L'appartamento è sufficiente per giovani single. La rampa di scala è veramente pericolosa e non idonea ai bambini. Il bagno è al piano terra e quindi nella notte al buio per necessità sia per i bimbi che per adulti scendere le scale è decisamente scomodo e pericoloso. La parte giorno al piano terra è veramente molto piccola ci si gira a malapena in due.

Verwohnt und zugemüllt. Nicht empfehlenswert! Contra: Müll auf dem Balkon. \nDefekter Stuhl. \nNicht ausreichende Steckdosen in der Küche.\nWasserkocherkabel ohne Isolierung. Lebensgefahr!\nMicrowellengehäuse verbrannt.\nHochbettleiter nicht montiert und zu steil. Zu wenig Platz zwischen den Betten. \nFehlende Schranktüren und Griffe in der Küche.\nSehr wenig Platz in der Wohnung.\n

Líbilo se: - krásná lokalita - jste obklopeni horami - pár minut autem od hlavního vleku - v okolí jsou restaurace a obchod - apartmán má balkon s výhledem na hory - v kuchyni je myčka, mikrovlnka, sporák - apartmán byl čistý, matrace a peřiny nové a pohodlné Nelíbilo se: - nešla otevřít okna v ložnici (pravděpodobně byla přimrzlá a jedno mělo zlomené madlo). tím pádem nešly pokoje vyvětrat a vzduch nebyl ideální - uvolněné madlo na ovládání sprchy - pořád padá - blikající žárovka v chodbě

L'apprtamento piccolo ma ben organizzato, per una vacanza in 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La locazione e' in un delizioso paesino alle porte della Val di Fassa, vicino Canazei. in posizione strategica per raggiungere con faciliità alcune delle montagne più belle delle Dolomiti, il Pordoi, il Sassolungo, il Catinaccio, le torri del Vajolet, la Marmolada.

Appartamento in una bellissima posizione, in mezzo alla pace e al verde. Pulizia ottimale e massima disponibilità per la consegna e restituzione delle chiavi. Da consigliare a tutti, tranne a famiglie con bambini molto piccoli per la ripida scaletta che collega soggiorno-cucina alla zona notte.
