Public parking 25 m on the road. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 3 km, sandy beach 3 km pebble beach "(narrow footpaths)" 1 km. Sailing school 3 km, tennis 3 km.

Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist schöner als auf dem Foto. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung, die Küche ist neu. Die Besitzerin ist eine nette Dame, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Insel ist wunderschön

Aussicht ist wunderbar! Bett und Matratze waren gut. Die Klimaanlage hat Gott nach Reparatur der Fernbedienung durch uns funktioniert. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Auch durch uns halbwegs repariert. Kloakengestank auf der Terasse. Alle Möbel uralt. Massenweise unnützes altes Geschirr und alter Kram. Am Tag der Abreise mussten wir noch 50 Euro für den Parkplatz zahlen, war nicht vereinbart worden! Fazit: no go

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist eine Traum. Leider ist die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. An der Sauberkeit könnte man noch arbeiten, war aber im großen und ganzen ordentlich. Die Vermieterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Spricht nur italienisch, was aber mit einer Echtzeit Übersetzungsapp kein Problem dar stellt.

Wohnraum u. Küche mit ca. 40 Jahre altem Mobiliar; Stühle durchgesessen; Küchenutensilien eine Zumutung; ebenso alt wie die Möbel, unappetitlich die Töpfe, Schneidbrett etc. Spüle total zerkratztes Becken aufgrund des Alters.Alles Geschirr welches von den Gästen scheinbar nicht benutzt wird, ist eingestaubt oder fettig. Auch die sonstige Sauberkeit war grenzwertig. Die Bettwäsche so oft schon gewaschen, dass sie nach einer Nacht schlecht roch! 2 Decken dazu unzumutbar! Zus.Bett zu kurz 150cm!

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Wunderschöne Natur, sehr ruhig und einmalig. Direkt an der Klippe. Inhaberin euserst nett aber die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, da es nicht angeschrieben war. Bettwäsche selber zu beziehen, alles alt und muffig. Dusche extrem verkalkt. Obwohl die Endreinigung inkl. war hat die Besitzerin 40 Euro für das Putzmittel verlangt(?!) Kein WLAN!
