In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery 3 km, railway station "Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 6 km, nudist beach 7 km. Prachtige vakantiewoning. Heel proper, heel ruim. Kwaliteitsvol afgewerkt. Met 4 koppels en 5 volwassen kinderen absoluut groot genoeg. In de buurt weinig te beleven, dus je hebt inderdaad wel een auto nodig. Maar op 10min sta je in Oostende, dus dat is geen probleem.

Wir haben mit dreu Familien (6 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder) ein tolles Wochenende in dem Haus verbracht. Vier schöne, gleichwertige Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und jeweils eigenem schönen Badezimmer sowie ein toller Dachboden für 6 Personen mit eigener TV-Ecke, eine phantastisch ausgestattete Küche mit großem Essbereich, zwei gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sowie der rieseige Garten mit Pool runden ein insgesamt fantastisches Gesamtbild ab. Klare Empfehlung!

The house was exceeding all our expectations. the inside is spacious, modern yet comfy with a large dining area and an open and well equipped kitchen. the outside provides enough space to run around (ideal for the kids), a fire place as well as a BBQ pit on the terrace ( the pool was closed for the season). just bear in mind that you need a car to get around since the house is a bit isolated

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sas, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all the family. The house was perfect, spacious, elegant and beautifully equipped. The location was delightful near the canal, and convenient for visiting the sites of Belgium. Can we come again?

Fijn verblijf, alle voorzieningen zijn ruimschoots voorhanden. De locatie is in de buurt van een een industrieterrein, af en toe wat overlast van het verkeer.

Les espaces de vie sont spacieux lumineux Les chambres sont très confortables avec Wc et salle de bain dans chacune. Ne manque qu’une machine à laver ce qui est surprenant au regard du standing de la location. J’aurais apprécié un accueil personnalisé dans la maison, des personnes sont passées plusieurs fois dans le jardin vérifier sans que nous ayons été informés que ce serait le cas, et sans nous saluer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wij waren hier in december. Prima huis voor familiefeest. Zalig ruime keuken met alle toebehoren. Welkoms lekkernijen, lekker warm, ideale kamer- en badkamer indeling. Kinderen genoten van televisie zitkuil op zolder. Voor wie het dreigt te vergeten, wel even denken aan eigen zeep en shampoo, en wat extra WC papier. Strand: dichtbij. Lamp in hal was defect, was zo gemaakt. Kinderbedje was vergeten bij te zetten, in mum van tijd uiterst vriendelijk gepiept. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Sfeervolle woning gunstig gelegen voor bezoek aan Brugge en/of de kustplaatsen. In de directe omgeving van de woning is weinig te doen, ligt ver van het centrum van Oudenburg.

Wir haben das Haus für einen Familienurlaub mit unserer Großfamilie gebucht. Und wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für große Gruppen. Die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet sodass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat.

Deze woning is een absolute aanrader. De super grote tuin met zwembad is een troef. Het huis is zeer gezellig ingericht met smaak. Met wat verbeelding zit je precies op de set van 'Boardwalk Empire'. De uitrusting is zeer compleet en aan alles is gedacht. Ook de rustige ligging aan het sas en de nabijheid van Oostende zijn een plus. Zeer vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst overigens in het Interhome kantoor te Bredene waar we werden ingecheckt.

Alles is hier aanwezig en van topkwaliteit! Zeer smaakvol en praktisch ingericht om er een onvergetelijk verblijf van te maken. Wij hebben er enorm van genoten met onze familiebubbel met kinderen en kids. Herinneringen gemaakt die ons en de kids nog lang zullen blijblijven. Zwembad, tuin met vuurkorf en strandhuisje, bbq, omgeving en netflix hebben gezorgd dat iedereen zich comfortabel kon bezighouden. Gewoon een toplocatie en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Rénovée en 2020, 4 lits avec propre sdb, super cuisine, super jardin evec piscine (qu'on n'a pas utilisé vu le temps). Très belle maison ! L'endroit est un peu à l'écart de la mer, il faut une voiture. A recommander !
