This was a very well appointed accommodation. The lake let us take our morning coffee with a great view. We very much enjoyed our stay. One minor issue for us was a lack of wifi, which was not implied in the listing.

A pleasant well-kept chalet on the eastern outskirts of Ruka. The owner is very accommodating and answers questions promptly. Its a short walk to the bus stop no. 5 for the journey into Ruka and onward to the skiing areas to the north and west of the town centre. The entry point to an 11km ski trail that appears to be cut daily is just beyond the bus stop giving access to the eastern and southward trails.

We had such a lovely stay in this cabin! T., our host, was super helpful and provided us with detailed descriptions, so we couldn't miss the house, which was located in the forest, close to a lake. From this place, it is easy to go to Rovaniemi, Kuusamo and Ruka. Great restaurants and activities are close by. WWe even used the fireplace outside the cabin to celebrate New Year's under Northern lights. Absolutely fantastic, thank you, T. !

This home was very much over our expectations. It was very nicely equipped with lots of pots and pans. The upstairs beds were good. Sauna was also great. The only sad thing is that we didn’t manage to get the dishwasher working, some kind of error, and also the upstairs window is frozen or broken and cannot be opened. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home to everyone!

Cottage was nice and it is located in peaceful area not too far away from Saarua side of the ski resort. Can be a bit cold, if weather is very gold, with few minus degrees still OK.

V chatě jsme strávili líbánky s mou manželkou. Chata je umístěna v nádherné přírodě v blízkosti jezera, je dobře vybavená včetně myčky na nádobí v kuchyňce. Často nás navštěvovali sobi:-)
