Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, freezer). Bath/WC. Balcony, roofed. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n I3 at 100 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Access: motorway A13 Chur - San Bernardino, exit number 22 "Thusis-Süd". Then road Tiefencastel - Cunter - Savognin. Access via a good mountain road. Access by train Chur - Thusis - St.Moritz. Railway station "Tiefencastel" 9 km. Bus connection. Thusis 22 km. St. Moritz 40 km. Zürich 164 km.

In summer 200 km of marked footpaths, 2 ski lifts, 2 chairlifts. Organised hikes, forest walks, 5 tennis courts, minigolf, fitness course, childrens play area, riding school, barouche walks. Fishing in streams, rivers and lakes in the area. Dancing, bars, special regional exhibitions, sports centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium. Bathing lake, gently shelving, suitable for children. Tennis (2 outdoor courts, 1 indoor court), golf course 18 hole in Alvaneu Bad, 1 another golf course in 17 km. Minigolf. Riding. Total 2 mountain lifts and cableways. Bonjour voici les commentaires que j’ai laissé sur la table du propriétaire. Hello when we arrived,it the appartement bécasse il not Wells identified. I have communicated to you and left a message not to call back. On the dish cabinets room and set. Very disrty dishclot with pieces of dried tomatos. The d’Herstal un the children’s room are holed s’égarât places. Bath towels havé à very bad Amel. The washing machine the first on the right broke clothes. tree paires of plants and one T-Shirt .

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Anbindung an Skibus 150m von der Wohnung. Ausstattung in Ordnung, leider kein Backofen, ein kleiner Tischbackofen wäre toll gewesen. Mussten unser Frisch Backwaren auf dem Toaster machen. Dafür Sehr grosser Kühlschrank mit sep. Gefrierschrank !? Leider hat ein teil vom Geschirr ( Pfannen u. Mocca-Maschine ) seine Glanz-Zeiten hinter sich.

Surses ist eine wunderschöne Region in Graubünden, die für Aktiv-Urlaub viel zu bieten hat. Die Unterkunft bot eine saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit schönem Bergblick - nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, Aussicht ist genial. Die Aussentreppe ist mit grossem Hund nicht ohne, aber machbar. Küche und Bad waren soweit sauber (Backofen wäre ein echtes Plus). Die Betten störten uns als einziges wirklich. Es sind zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten mit hartem Holzrahmen dazwischen und die Matratzen sind zu hart, wir bekamen Probleme deshalb. Ansprechperson jederzeit verfügbar, wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben - herzlichen Dank dafür.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem Hund unterwegs. Die äussere Metalltreppe ist für Hunde wirklich nicht empfehlenswert! Auch die Treppenbeleuchtung funtionierte nicht. Unter dem Ecksofa, sowie unter den Betten fanden wir viel Staub vor. Der Wasserkocher funktionierte nach zwei Tagen nicht mehr. Hinweis auf die Gästekarte war nicht vorhanden.

Accueil déplorable, informations manquantes , difficile de joindre Mme L., coin WC trop exigu, frigo bruyant, plaques électriques mal isolées thermiquement. Pas de four, mais un lave- vaisselle inutile. Non enregistré à l'office du tourisme c'est le dernier jour qu'on a reçu la Gästekarte, le bon pour le voyage en car postale..... Pas d'informations sur l'ouverture des fenêtres.

Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, kein Backofen, keine Lüftung im Bad, kein Staubsauger, Küche nicht sauber (Gläser klebten am Tablar, Besteckschublade sehr dreckig...), gem. Tourismusbüro müsste die Gästekarte vom Vermieter organisiert werden - war leider nicht der Fall, alles etwas alt und sehr billig gemacht

stores manquants pour protéger du froid et de la chaleur sur les fenêtres du salon. les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas bien. le réfrigérant fait beaucoup de bruit et ne refroidit pas bien,le système qu'ils ont pour laver les vêtements est très compliqué ,il y avait une chaise défenseuse dans la salle à manger

Voor de prijs hadden we meer verwacht. Voorzieningen in huis matig. Als de zon scheen kon je na 3 uur niet meer op het balkon zitten, meegemaakt dat het meer dan 40 graden was. In huis ook erg warm ramen konden bijna niet open en de deur open zetten was ook geen optie, want dan had je allemaal vliegen binnen. Bedden goed en de omgeving prachtig.

Die FeWo liegt im 1. OG, daher hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Talseite gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist einfach (IKEA-ähnlich), schön sauber und zweckmäßig. Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken sind gut. Wir haben uns in den 8 Tagen Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Außentreppe (Zugang zur Wohnung) hat Stahlgittertritte und ist etwas steil aber sehr gut Wintergeeignet. Empfehlung: Die Kurtaxe wegen der Gästekartenvergünstigungen gleich am Anfang bei der Touristinfo in Savognin bezahlen.

Alles da, was benötigt wird, wir hatten ein technisches Problem mit dem Fernseher(und das während Fußball - EM:-) ), welches sofort behoben wurde! Der angegebene Ansprechpartner war wirklich immer erreichbar! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen gern weiter...
