Please note: non-smokers only. Apartment is on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor.

Motor access to 60 m from the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 25 km, cable car 600 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

gute robuste Qualität z.B. Schränke und Stühle ohne Abnutzungsspuren. Man sieht, dass in der Wohnung immer mal wieder etwas neu gemacht wird z.B. Einbau Microwelle, neuer Herd mit Glaskeramik. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Besonders geschätzt haben wir das grosse Wohnzimmer und den Balkon mit Blick auf Alphubel etc. Die Einrichtung ist etwas retro, Geschirrspüler fehlt; dafür ist der Preis attraktiv. Gute Wg für 4 Personen.

Gute, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sauber und alles, was nötig ist ist vorhanden. Dicht am Parkplatz. Dadurch auch etwas lauter.

Urokliwie umiejscowiony apartamentowiec, blisko parkingu, przystanku skibusa i sklepu. Położenie o tyle ważne ponieważ do Saas Fee nie można wjechać samochodem. Apartament bardzo czysty, ciepły, wygodny, sypialnie przestronne z wygodnymi łóżkami. Kuchnia wyposażona w potrzebny sprzęt agd, sztućce i naczynia a plusem jest zestaw do founde. Narciarnia w piwnicy z suszarka do butów. Polecam.
