Location Description Ascona

196 m a.s.l. >>Ascona is the lowest-lying town in Switzerland. It lies 196 metres above sea level on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Ascona is famous for its old town, the southern lakeside promenade with its street cafés and its mild climate. In Ascona's old town centre, Borgo, lies the impressive church of San Pietro e Paolo, a pillared basilica from the 16th century, whose high bell tower is the landmark of the holiday resort. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere Sofa sehr ausgesessen. Ansonsten Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlendes Tablett, Gardinen und Duschvorhang nicht richtig befestigt, Lampenabdeckung lose etc. >> bereits vor Ort angemerkt! Schlafraum zur Balkonseite nicht empfehlenswert wegen Lautstärke bei geöffneten Fenstern.

Die Unterkunft ist in guter Lage,egal ob mit ÖV oder Auto angereist wird. Geeignet für 1-2 Personen. Gute Ausstattung,Küche mit 4 Herdplatten/Backofen/Geschirrspühler. Die Leute vor Ort,Reseption,sind sehr freundlich. Abfall,Pet/Alu/Papier/Karton können vor Ort entsorgt werden. Etwas "ringhörig",ansonsten alles tiptop.

Wir haben zum 2. Mal Casa Michelle in Ascona gebucht. .Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.Einige Urlauber meinten das Haus sei etwas hellhörig, was wir nicht bestätigen können.Wenn aber manche Menschen Möbel umstellen, muss man sich nicht wundern. Für uns war alles optimal. Auch Frau T.F.freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wohnt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.
