Ascona is famous for its old town, the southern lakeside promenade with its street cafés and its mild climate. In Ascona's old town centre, Borgo, lies the impressive church of San Pietro e Paolo, a pillared basilica from the 16th century, whose high bell tower is the landmark of the holiday resort. Sehr gut gelegenes Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Dieses Mal waren wir in einem Studio mit einem sehr kleinen Balkon, auf dem man nicht draussen essen konnte. Allerdings darf man eine schöne Dachterrasse mitbenützen! Die vorhandene Nespressomaschine habe ich sehr geschätzt sowie den Keller für die Fahrräder. Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sicher weiterempfehlen

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein Anschlag verweist die Leute möglichst das Wasser nicht zu trinken wegen eines Heizungproblemes. Scheinbar ist die Heizung defekt und sollte erneuert werden.

Sehr zu empfehlen, die Zentrale Lage in Ascona ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplätze, Fahrrad Keller alles ist vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die Wohnung 206 hat keine Klimaanlage was es bei hohen Temperaturen nicht sehr angenehm mach.
