Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Boiler (300 litres). Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating, Soapstone kiln. Wooden floors. Partial view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only.

Rueras 2 km from Sedrun: Cosy, rustic 2-family house 1'450 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1875, renovated in 2000. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 1 km from the skiing area. Motor access to the house. Public parking 200 m extra. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 30 m, railway station "Rueras" 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. All shops, restaurants etc. in Ilanz, 40 km. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, museum, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy 8.5 km, doctor. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - Chur, exit number "Reichenau" 60 km from Sedrun. Then road A19 Ilanz - Disentis/Mustér - Sedrun. Public parking free in Sedrun Gemeindehaus. Access by train Chur - Disentis/Mustér - Sedrun. Railway station in the resort. Ilanz Spital 39 km.

Die Wohnung ist sehr überteuert für den Zustand der Wohnung. Die Böden müssen dringend renoviert werden und auch die Kaffeemaschinen hat die besten Zeiten gesehen.

Die Unterkunft an sich hat uns sehr zugesagt, jedoch bietet der Nachbar keine Sensibilität den Feriengästen gegenüber ( sehr laute Musik). Wir sind sehr aufgeschlossen, doch dies war selbst bei uns grenzwertig. Auch ist die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus mühsam.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser urigen gemütlichen Wohnung.. den Speckofen mit Holz heizen wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.. so durften wir ohne grosse Mühe die wohlige Wärme geniessen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. So gab es einmal Raclette und auch selbst gemachten Hefezopf - selbst zum Backen ist alles da. Es hat noch eine Fondue-Ausstattung und eine Delizio-Kaffeemaschine. Zentrale Lage, kurze Entfernung zum Skigebiet.
