1-room apartment 28 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and TV connection (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

1'742 - 2'650 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday resort, at the end of a valley, 30 km south from Chur. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Free bus (winter and summer).

Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, squash, golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. Beach volleybally court. 2 cableways, 1 gondola lift, 200 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. 62 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. Mobile safari. Rope park. Pedalo and rowing boats. The guest card allows free use of the cable car, car park, local bus, bathing beach and various sports/entertainment facilities.

Winter

Ski-region Arosa-Lenzerheid, total of 42 lifts. 3 cableways, 17 chair lifts, 12 drag lifts. Total 225 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 26.5 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. Toboggan runs (long 4.3 km). Ice rink, curling, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge).

Der Teppich war voller Flecken, unangenehm und eklig. Desgleichen auf diversen Holzteilen. Unzumutbar.

Der neue Hüttenwart (so hat er sich vorgestellt) ist top. Der Brotservice schätzen wir sehr. Die Wg ist rudimentär eingerichtet (ev wäre eine Sparschäler und ein Litermass oder auch neue Matratzen mal eine kleine aber sinnvolle Investition). Die Aussicht und das Haus an sich sind top. Etwa 500m zur Piste. Wir sind mit dem Verhältnis Preis-Leistung zufrieden

A lovely place to stay clean with good facilities and a great view The man in the office was very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs a bit pf updating with a new carpet. The electrics were unreliable and the electricity went off three times Fortunately the manager was around to help but might not have been

Die Wohnung war einfach, aber zweckmässig. Ideal für 1 oder 2 Wochen. Es war sauber. Die Küche war zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Ich würde sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Auch wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man sich vertrauensvoll an den netten Herrn im Parterre wenden....

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht und ist tiptop sauber. Es hat einen guten Unterstand für die Mountainbikes im Keller. Vom Balkon sieht man in die Berge. Es hat 2 Stühle (welche jetzt nicht super bequem sind) und einen Tisch auf dem Balkon. Das Bett ist etwas sehr weich und der Ferseher eher klein aber im grossen und ganzen alles super. Danke.

Schlichtes Studio in einer Apartment-Anlage. Mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Möbel schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise etwas zerschlissen. Schrankbetten mit Daunenkissen und -duvets, alter Teppichboden, Stoffsofa und Vorhänge sind nicht für Staub-Allergiker geeignet. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon aus. Badezimmer klein, aber sauber. Neue Dusche! Gute Lage für Spaziergänge und freundlicher Verwalter, sowie der Preis sind die Pluspunkte.

Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir dieses Apartement gebucht - und es bietet alles, was man braucht! Balkon, gut eingerichtete Küche, zweckmässiges Bad, gutes Bett. Balkon, Parkplatz, freundlicher Empfang (Danke, Hr. W!) - und gute Lage.

Kleines Appartment, hat aber alles was man braucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und der Brot Lieferdienst am Morgen ist super. Man läuft einbisschen zur Skipiste, das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Küche ist sehr modern.

zawilgocona z zapachem stęchlizny narciarnia, brak suszarek do butów, meble w apartamencie z lat 80 ubiegłego wieku, nieelastyczne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania, właściciel umówił się ze mna na zwrot kluczy przy wyjeździe poprzez wrzucenie ich do skrzynki a następnie miał pretensje że nie czekałem na niego ze zwrotem apartamentu wysłałem stosowne pismo do Interhome Szwajcaria
