Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n Apt. 8 (1 car), height 200 cm, width 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.

Wohnung sehr schön und praktisch. Einziger Nachteil: sehr geringhörig! Hatte etwas laut Nachbarn, welch nachts nicht vor 23.30 Uhr ruhiger wurden.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war modern - auch Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung war gut ausgerichtet mit Nachmittagssonne auf dem Balkon und in der Wohnung. Dir Sauberkeit war gut, man könnte aber hier noch eine Schippe drauflegen. Auch ist es im Haus ringhörig (besonders vom Gang her), Fenster nach Draussen isolieren aber gut. Hat keinen Lift.

Die Wohnung selber ist neu renoviert und schön. Gepflegt, viel Stauraum. Dort ist nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings würden wir sie dennoch nicht mehr buchen. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ohne Lift. Und wenn man von der Tiefgarage her kommt trägt man das Gepäck 3 Stockwerke hoch. Das wussten wir, haben es aber unterschätzt. Und ein weiterer Grund ist die Lage direkt neben dem "Industriegebiet". Nicht wegen der Lärmimmissionen sondern wegen der Aussicht.

Logement agréable à l’intérieur mais très bruyant à cause de sa proximité avec une rue et un garage. Des travaux à l’intérieur de l’immeuble nous ont obligés à demander un changement de location très bien géré par l’agence Interhome de St Moritz.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut geheizt und die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Fach für App 8 für Skischuhe war belegt, ich habe meine Schuhe jeweils in ein anderes, leeres Fach gestellt. Für die Skis haben wir keinen Einstellraum gefunden, wir haben diese in unser Auto gelegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit schöner Aussichr, leider ist der Verkehrslärm der Umfahrungsstrasse gut zu hören.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos - schön renoviert mit viel Stauraum im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet - da könnte man ganze Gourmetmenus kochen! Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell bei den Bahnhöfen, Bäckerei, Volg, Restaurant... Für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen!

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr schöne frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage in Celerina. Die Garage ist zweckmäßig, jedoch dunkel und keine E-Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos möglich. Das Gebäude selbst ist alt und hat ein sehr enges Stiegenhaus ohne List. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist diese Wohnung ungeeignet. Die selbst Wohnung selbst neu renoviert, super sauber und top ausgestattet - alles da, was man braucht.
