The house is located in the middle of the village and is situated in a quiet area with a nice view on the mountains around. Comfortable apartment with 2.5 rooms in the first floor. There’s one double sleeping room. The living kitchen has a foldaway bed (an additional mattress is available). The kitchen is completely furnished. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower attachment. From the big balcony you have a nice view on the mountains around. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Included: water, electricity, heating, park place Nr. 7 in the underground parking (Favre), bath and kitchen towels, bed linen.

Access: motorway A6 Bern - Interlaken, exit number 18 "Verzweigung Lattigen" 40 km from Matten (St. Stephan). Then Wimmis - Zweisimmen - Matten. Access via a winding, good mountain road. Access by train Bern - Zweisimmen - Lenk. Railway station in the resort. Lenk im Simmental 5 km. Zweisimmen 8 km.

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Canoeing, river rafting. Tennis (6 outdoor courts 5 km), golf course 18 hole in Saanenmöser 16 km. Minigolf 5 km. Riding in Boden/Lenk i.S. 3 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Gondola lifts, 5 km, 930 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Ski-region Adelboden-Lenk 5 km, total of 72 lifts. Total 210 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 5 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 57 km cross country ski tracks in the region (1.5 km illuminated), 5 km high altidude pistes 1'800 - 1'900 m high, winter walking paths 74 km. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink at 5 km, curling, curling at 5 km.
