Quiet location directly at the ski lift, close to the bus station. The house was built in 1976. Newly renovated (2023) flat with 2 separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, living room with fireplace, TV, radio, WLAN, country-style kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. Kitchen, bed and bathroom linen included. All additional costs such as heating, electricity, water, firewood, WLAN and final cleaning CHF 100.00 are included in the total price. Parking space free of charge.

1'100 m a.s.l. >>Cosy, quiet mountain village with 650 inhabitants, on a slope, in an idyllic position, 7 km from Interlaken. All shops, restaurants etc. in Interlaken, 7 km. In the resort: grocery, post office, restaurant. Access: motorway - Interlaken. Access via a good mountain road 7 km. Bus connection.

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (1 outdoor court), golf course 18 hole in Unterseen 7 km. 75 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. 30 km mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Habkern. 2 drag lifts. 3 ski runs, total length 7 km (30 % easy, 40 % intermediate, 30 % difficult). Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old. 12 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 12 km. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Beatenberg/Niederhorn at 12 km, Jungfrau-Region at 27 km.

Eine saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Gute Ausflugs-und Wandermöglichkeiten. Würden diese Wohnung ein zweites Mal mieten.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, uns fehlte es an nichts.
