Location Description Palermo

Palermo is the largest city in Sicily and the main port of the island, the center of the Mediterranean routes. The city extends from the gulf to the surrounding mountains which enclose the Conca d'Oro with beautiful citrus groves. Numerous historical and architectural testimonies starting from the beautiful castle that dominates the port. In the 9th century AD. C. with the Arabs, the city defined as "paradise on earth", acquired splendor. The Zisa Castle, the Maredolce Castle and the Favorita Park bear witness to this period. During the Norman and Swabian period there was a great economic and cultural development. Under the domination of the Aragonese great changes were made in the city. Today the historic center of Palermo is divided into four districts (Loggia-Castellammare, Tribunali-Kalsa, Palazzo Reale and Monte di Pietà-Capo) linked to the two historic arteries of the city: the Cassaro and via Maqueda, a road perpendicular to the first and which, at the intersection with this, it creates the Quattro Canti di Città square. The city is served by charging stations for electric cars.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen wurde regelmäßig gepflegt (Gärtner/Bewässerung). Die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung . Zauberhafte Wohnung, mit allem was man benötigt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren zu viert in M. Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern, super modern, sehr sauber und geräumig und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. M. und seine Mama waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Super-schöne Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Zudem tolle Terasse rund um die Ferienwohnung, man hatte immer irgendwo Schatten. Wir waren mit unseren Teenager-Kids dort. Zu empfehlen ist ein Mietwagen. Die Erwärmung des Wirlpools war schwierig, wurde aber auch nicht berechnet.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Schlafzimmer ruhig. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Fliesenfenstern versehen. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. In die eine Richtung das Meer und die andere Richtung Berge. Drei große Terrassen, auf denen man sehr gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Location hat uns zu 100% überzeugt. Gerne wieder.

Helle, großzügige, modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Gut für 4 Erwachsene. Ruhige Lage am Hang auf einem eingewachsenen Grundstück mit viel Grün und altem Baum- und Palmenbestand. Großzügige Terrassen mit Blick über Terrasini und Blick in die umliegenden Berge. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Uns fehlte jedoch eine Kaffeemaschine (Pad oder Kapsel) da wir keine Espressotrinker sind. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Leider nur innerhalb der Wohnung und nicht auf den Terrassen

Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Leider nur innerhalb der Wohnung und nicht auf den Terrassen.

L’alloggio è nuovissimo e funzionale. La posizione è strategica è bellissima per potersi godere delle splendide serate in terrazza. Host molto gentile e discreta.
