Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Lu Culumbu" 200 m. Tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Lage: TOP! Schönes Haus, aber… Außenbereich und Bäder mussten vor der Benutzung erst von uns gereinigt werden. Im Außenbereich sind Müllreste, Dreck und alte Zigarettenimpel zu erntfernen gewesen, die hintere Terrasse war wegen des Drecks nicht nutzbar, alte dreckige Tische/ Stühle ohne jegliche Auflagen/Kissen waren nicht nutzbar. Die Dusche des hinteren Bades war so mit Haarbüscheln verstopft und verdreckt, dass das Wasser nur schwer ablief. Wenn es gemütlich/sauber gewesen wäre, dann Top.

Wir schätzen Ihr positives Feedback zur Lage und zum Haus selbst und hoffen, dass Sie trotz der genannten Punkte angenehme Momente in Portobello verbringen konnten. Wir sind bestrebt, unseren Service stetig zu verbessern und hoffen, Sie wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Mit den zwei Terrassen vorne und hinten kann man wählen, je nach Sonne, Schatten und Wind. Das Haus befindet sich in einer geschlossen Ferienhaussiedlung. Es gibt keinen historischen Ortskern, nur ein Restaurant und paar kleine Läden. Die waren im Mai noch geschlossen. Nur wenige Häuser waren bewohnt. Ohne eigenes Auto kommt man nicht hin und nicht weg. WLAN gab es zunächst nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde am nächsten Tag die Technik installiert.

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass bei Übernahme der Unterkunft der Müll nicht abgeholt wurde. Auch ist die Müllabholung durch den örtlichen DL nur unzureichend. Es wird erwartet, dass die Urlauber ihren Müll selber in ein 20min entfertes Mülldepot bringen. Vor allem am Abreisetag! Wobei das Mülldepot in der Vorsaison nur an drei Tagen geöffnet und am Samstag leider geschlossen ist. Zudem gibt es keinen Mobilfunkempfang und kein WLAN

In einer gemütlichen, gut ausgestatteten Villa direkt am Strand konnten wir uns von den Alltag erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!
