Access: motorway A2 Gotthard/Bernardino - Milano, exit number "Lugano Nord" 22 km from Luino. Access by train Milano - Gallarate - Laveno - Luino - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 17 km. Locarno 39 km.

Lieber Veranstalter, so nicht! Die Wohnung ist ihr Geld nicht wert. Bei Übergabe des Schlüssels wurde uns keine personelle Einweisung der Wohnung gegeben. Die Wohnung arsch kalt -ausgekuehlt- die Heizung wird erst zum 15.10. geöffnet, die Erkältung war damit angesagt. Den Fernseher konnte auch nicht benutzt werden, die Verbindung konnte nicht hergestellt werden.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt aufgrund der kalten Wohnung und der Bedienung des TV enttäuschend war. Die Heizung wird bald auf Winterbetrieb umgestellt, und die lokalen Kollegen werden sicherstellen, dass Anleitungen für den Fernseher bereitstehen. Die Wohnung wird derzeit renoviert, mit neuen Möbeln und einem komplett erneuerten Badezimmer. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen einen verbesserten Aufenthalt bieten zu können.

Wohnung und Service war super. Etwas weniger schön war der „Spielplatz“ da es hier nur eine Schaukel gab. Außderm wäre ein WLAN Signal heutzutage sehr gut. Es muss nicht in jeder Wohnung sein, könnte auch an einem Aufenthaltpunkt innerhalb des Hauses sein.

Positiv Aussicht war super Lastminute Preis war o.k. Küche und Küchenausstattung war o.k. Wohnung war sauber Negativ Bett, zum schlafen grausam Schlafsofa zum sitzen o.k. zum schlafen grausam Fenster und Tür mit Einfachglas, da hört man den Hund vom Nachbarn Stunden lang kein Internet

Nicht wie beschrieben Pro: Aussicht Contra: Herdplatte war kaputt wurde zu spät ersetzt so dass wir unser Essen weg schmeißen mussten wurde uns nicht mal erstattet. Wo wir angekommen sind ging das Schlafzimmer Licht nicht. Kein wlan. Wände sind schon runtergekommen. Auch wenn der Preis gut war muss man darauf schauen das die Versorgung wenigstens besteht.

Nur das Bett war leider unbequem, sogar der kautsch in Wohnzimmer sollte für 2 Personen sein, aber eine konnte nicht bequem drauf schlafen. Sonst alles war ok vom Personal bis zur Lage.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e panoramica! Buon punto di appoggio per visitare il lago (traghetto a circa 20 km per le isole Borromee) e la Svizzera!

Unterkunft war sauber. Kuche ausreichend ausgestattet. Für vier Personen aber nicht geeignet. Ein Doppelbett und die zweite Schlafgelegenheit besteht aus einem ausklappbarem Sofa. Die Matratzen sind schlechteste Qualität. Nichts für Leute mit Rückenproblemen. Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt. Nettes Personal.
