Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. 3 balconies, patio, large garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Side view of the lake and the mountains. Private: natural state property (fenced), large garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 450 m, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "C10 (Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 350 m, railway station "Colico" 17.5 km, ferry "Menaggio", sandy beach "Serenella" 1 km, grass beach 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Marina 1.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, cycle lane 600 m. 201 m a.s.l. >>Historical, picturesque resort with 4'100 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region on the lake, on a slope with beautiful view, 17 km north from Menaggio, 55 km north from Como, 53 km north from Lecco. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gravedona-Cremia), Palazzo Gallio, Centro Storico. Access: road N340 Como - Gravedona - Colico. Railway station "Como (Milano-Zürich)" 55 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 24 km. Chiavenna 32 km. Varenna 36 km.

Haus und Garten schön, Baustelle und Fabrik daneben haben die viel Lärm gesorgt, Erholung im Haus dadurch nicht möglich.

We can only regret the noise of the construction works nearby but unfortunately we cannot intervene on this external factor to remedy it. We have added in our description that a factory is 120 meters away from the house so that future customers are aware of this information. Das Haus selbst ist gut. Die Lage ist schlecht, weil neben denn Grundstück( 100 m Entfernung) eine Schlosserei betrieben wird (Montag bis Samstag!) , die den ganzen Tag über einen Dauerkrach verursacht, der den Aufenthalt tagsüber im Haus unmöglich macht . Auf der anderen Seite ist eine doppelhaushälfte im Baustellenzustand mit viel Gerümpel. Das Gesamthelände ist umzäunt, aber aufgrund der Lieblosigkeit sehr unattraktiv und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt können wir das Haus daher nicht empfehlen

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und noch recht neu renoviert. Zum See kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider befindet sich direkt neben dem Grundstück eine Firma (Schlosserei), die Montag- Samstag von 7-17 Uhr deutlich zu hören ist. Zu dem kommt es, dass die Benachbarten Unterkünfte zwar nicht direkt zu sehen sind, aber teilweise abends recht laut die Alleinunterhalter zu hören waren. Dies alles störte die eigentliche Ruhe im und am Haus.

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Legend ist sehr ruhig, jedoch nahe bei Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
