Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Main road close by.

In the resort: bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. More possibilities for shopping 4 km. Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gera Lario-Cremia), San Bartolomeo (1204 m) 11 km, Riserva Naturale Pian di Spagna 4 km, nature reserve. Access: road N340 Como - Menaggio - Colico. Railway station "Colico" 10 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 30 km. Chiavenna 26 km. Varenna 30 km.

Appartement non isolé trop de bruit par rapport à la route odeur de fuel désagréable

Leider können wir nur maximal zwei Sterne vergeben. Die Sauberkeit (Kühlschrank / Duschen) war nicht wirklich gegeben. Die Beschreibung, „ Hauptstraße in der Nähe“ müsste man verändern in „DIREKT an der Hauptstraße“ - der Lärmpegel war mega hoch und hat das Schlafen mehr wie erschwert. Duschkabinen ließen sich nur sehr schwer bis gar nicht schließen. Abläufe der Duschen waren auch verstopft. Einige Leuchten funktionierten nicht… und so einiges mehr. Die Bilder, die suggerieren, dass sich ein Spielplatz direkt am Haus befindet sind völlig falsch, was sehr schade für uns war, da es auch ein Kriterium unserer Auswahl war. Der Ausblick war aber der Knaller Wir haben das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung nur noch „abvermietet“ wird und nur noch das notwendigste gemacht wird. Unsere Fazit: Wir werden ab sofort noch mehr auf Details achten und die Anzeigen auch zwischen den Zeilen lesen und dementsprechend auch Fragen stellen.

Eine schöne große Wohnung, perfekt für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Ruhiger Strandabschnitt sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Straße vor dem Haus sehr laut aber mit Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht kein Problem.

Die Wohnung bot zudem eine grandiose Aussicht auf den See und die Vermieter waren supernett. Eine Flasche Wein stand auch einmal vor unserer Tür. Vielen Dank!
