It is always a pleasure to arrive at this house and be welcomed by S. and D. with a glass of Prosecco.  The house is very nice, has everything you need and clean. The new room has a great view to the hills closeby. The environment is beautiful and S. has a lot of knowledge about places to visit.  Recommended!

6 people and had lost of space inside and out. The kitchen has all your need, although a ventilator would be nice, as it gets very damped when cooking. The road front of the house is well traveled, just to say the location it not the quietest place, but it is a very good location in terms of view and proximity to sites and activities. Close to grocery store, bakery and restaurant. Cividale is beautiful, also you can rent canoes, river trekking etc. Many things for active family in Slovenia

Very clean, well equipped with good comfortable bed and lovely outdoor space. In residential village. Ideal location for exploring the FVG region by car. Nearby town Cervignano has good rail links to Venice and Triest if you want to go further afield. We enjoyed Grado which is just a short drive across the lagoon.

The apt is with simple furnishing but practical, just few steps from the nice pool area. In 15 minutes you can walk to the large sandy beaches of Lignano and supermarkets are at walking distance. Good accomodation for families or group of friends.

The accomodation itself was clean, ordered, had a luxurious feel to it, and was really comfortable for 5 persons. Unfortunately we had to prolong our stay multiple times due to delay of a renovation, and the host was exceptionally flexible and understanding all the time. I feel like the price of the accomodation is really affordable compared to what you get. Only downside might be the countryside setting, which might be a benefit depending on your goals:)

Our family enjoyed this great place with a picturesque town, beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and friendly habitants. The house is well situated but with very limited parking. Please avoid this place at all cost on Sundays as the trafic of cars and tourists will drive you crazy. You will need to fight for a parking on Sundays and drown in a sea of tourists. The house was clean and is as described. There is no view of lake or mountains from house.
