Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings). Shower/bidet/WC. Patio. Barbecue, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the sea. Parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Please note: private entrance.

2-family house "la Roccia". 4 apartments in the property. 500 m from the centre of Cavo, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 100 m (small). Nearby attractions: Rio Marina 7 km, Porto Azzurro 18 km, Portoferraio 25 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

10 m a.s.l. >>Seaside resort on the east coast of the island of Elba. This area still maintains a typical island with rocky cliffs, blue sea and a beautiful harbor. If you want to experience the sea there are many beach activities such as Cala Seregola or Ortano, or you can stay to enjoy the craft shops, bars and restaurants typical of the area. Das Ferienhaus liegt nah am Hafen und man genießt einen traumhaften Blick. Leider war es das dann auch schon. In der Wohnung über uns, wohnte ein Hund der bei jeder Bewegung auf der Terasse anfing zu bellen... Der angegebene Strand war nicht nutzbar, der Weg dorthin mit Strandgepäck und Kindern war kein Vergnügen ( Ketten, Steine und Geröll ) Die Wohnung hat unangenehm gerochen, war schmuddelig und verwohnt.

schön gelegen aber das Haus ist etwas vernachlässigt Sollte im oberen Stockwerk auch Gäste sein dann wird’s laut weil keinerlei Dämmung/Abkopplung vorhanden ist.

Da consigliare! La settimana è stata piacevole,casa accogliente e meravigliosa terrazza con vista sul mare. Host gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo la spiaggia vicino casa non è granché,occorre spostarsi. E la mancanza della lavatrice non permette soggiorni più lunghi. Comunque ok!
