Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave) with Scandinavian wood stove. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Kitchenette (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings). 3nd upper floor: (ladder), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Terrace, large. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful chalet "Sanitate". In the hamlet Rochefort, 3 km from the centre of Arvier, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Arvier" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aosta 16 km, Courmayeur Mont Blanc - Sky Way 22 km, Parco del Gran Paradiso 22 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: ovovia Aosta-Pila 33 km, La Thuile 25 km, funivia Courmayeur-Checrouit 20 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Arvier

776 m a.s.l. >>This village is at the bottom of the Aosta valley, about 10 km above the main town Aosta, at the entrance to the Valgrisanche. Small village.

Summer

Numerous worthwhile excursions in the romantic side valley of the Aosta valley, e.g. into the Valgrisanche to the Beauregard lake, into the Cogne valley or the Valsavaranche.

Winter

It is situated 14 km from Aosta, at 780 m altitude. From here it is possible to reach Planaval a real paradise for cross country ski trail. Valgrisenche is famous for the Eliski which is very popular here. Ski-region Courmayeur 25 km. Further ski-regions: La Thuile at 30 km.

il Signore molto simpatico e molto efficiente che si occupa della manutenzione ha risolto in poco tempo il problema dello sciacquone. Lo châlet é un poco datato all'interno ma é quello che piace a noi. Praticamente non bisogna portare nulla da casa. Tranquillità assoluta e stupende passeggiate nelle valli vicine. Non adatto a bambini piccoli e persone con difficoltà motorie poiché l'appartamento é suddiviso su 4 livelli, adatto quindi a chi vuole perdere qualche chilo...Giardino grande e curato

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die Küchenutensilien könnten etwas ergänzt werden. Prinzipiell ist alles vorhanden, nur dadurch, dass sich im Haus zwei Küchen befinden muß man sich das was benötigt wird erst zusammen suchen. Schade ist , dass der Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt ist, so konnte unser Hund leider nicht frei auf dem Gelände laufen.

Splendida abitazione immersa nel verde e circondata da montagne,luogo ideale per rilassarsi.perfetta per famiglie a pochi km dalle piste da scii. Nei dintorni c'è supermarcato pizzerie ristoranti,c'è comunque bisogno di utilizzare la macchina per arrivarci.Abitazione dotata di ogni comfort,non c'è bisogno di portarsi nulla da casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Erg duur huis voor wat je er voor krijgt. Het ligt vlakbij een vrij drukke weg. Meubilair is oud & oncomfortabel (stoelen zitten niet lekker, bedden slapen niet echt goed). Donker binnen.

La casa è grande, posizionata su terreno scosceso, con giardino ampio delimitato, ma non recintato.Non è adatta a persone con problemi di deambulazione, anziani o bambini piccoli, causa numerose scale con gradini in legno aperti. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto disagio, in quanto l'accesso pedonale era impedito da lavori all'acquedotto dello chalet, per accedere si doveva passare dal garage o dal prato. La casa è stata trovata in ordine e pulita e ci siamo trovati discretamente bene. NO Internet

La casa in sé è molto bella... esternamente! Purtroppo l'interno è alquanto trascurato, con ragnatele e polvere ovunque e una disposizione degli ambienti alquanto scomoda. La struttura, infatti, è composta da 4 piani e con la cucina nel seminterrato diventa un'agonia ogni volta che si fa la spesa (potendo entrare in casa soltanto dal secondo piano oppure dal garage, ma con una rampa alquanto ripida e scivolosa)! Letti scomodissimi e box doccia molto stretti completano il disagio.
