Very good place.. its near highway and super market is available in 5 min walk. Good for travailing any other local visiting.

The apartment had the basic necessities that we needed and it was a nice location to explore Lucerne by foot. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated access to a free laundry room. Our room was clean and we didn’t hear any neighbor noise at night. We were thankful for the blackout blinds in the living room and bedroom.

Room was enormous. On a noisy street. Great location walking distance to old town and easy bus access. Bring your own soap! Wi-Fi limited to 3 devices. Staff very friendly.

The location is ideal for exploring Luzern with old town across the river and Chapel Bridge just up the river. The two bedroom unit was recently upgraded and nicely finished. The hotel staff was attentive and responded as needed. The only minor complaint is the lack of toiletries and a hair dryer, although one was furnished by a hotel staff member from his home.

They didn't provide toiletries. Other than that, everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing views from the balcony and super convenient location...

Well equipped clean, functional studio in good location

It was very comfortable place, easy access to other location. Good service. We preferred it more because our son is student in same college.

It was a nice place, very big, pretty clean (the floor was not that clean, so i would recommend to get slippers with you). Big windows, good position, nice service.

As usual, our stay was very pleasurable and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment that was assigned to us was spacious, clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff at the reception were all awesome, so friendly and willing to help out. The BHMS is only a stone throw away from the Altstad, has three supermarkets in the near vicinity and well served by public transport. Who could ask for more?

The apartment building is well located about 7 mins away from the Lucerne station by bus. The room was spacious and clean. The single beds were big enough. It is a nice and basic apartment with restaurants and shops nearby.

This place was clean and large. Hotel style. This is located in a school. Location is great 10 minute walk from the old city and 12 minute walk to the train station. Easy to get around by walking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks
