5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Belle maison rénovée avec une superbe vue mer sur 3 niveaux avec rooftop. Terrasse à chaque étage. Le RDC est très bien équipé et moderne, les chambres et la salle de bain à l'étage du dessous sont un peu plus vieillots. Le lit double est trop petit. Garage fermé à disposition sur place pour le véhicule.

Séjour superbe vue et intérieure confort sauf les lits à revoir trop petit trop étroit Et peu stable La climatisation aurait été préférable dans les chambres. Mais sinon tout confort,clair agréable à 3km à pied de la plage sable d'aisance à pied pour adultes. Petite plage très sympa eau claire,tuba possible,Gr aussi ... Les personnes d'interhome très sympathique et efficaces, très agréables, accueil en 5 mn départ oareil avec un grand professionnalisme.

Es war bei Ankunft recht sauber. In den Badezimmern war der Siphon defekt deswegen hat es stark nach Kanalisation gerochen. In dem unteren Bad war die WC Spülung defekt weswegen dauerhaft Wasser nachlief was in einem Schlafzimmer Sehr stark zu hören war. Am Kochfeld ging nur die hintere linke platte richtig der Rest hat abgeschalten wenn der Backofen oder die Haube an waren. Desweitern Fehlte es an einer Grundausstattung es waren weder Seifenspender noch Klopapier In den Badezimmern Vorhanden. Im Hauptschlafzimmer hat beim benutzen der linken Steckdose das ausgeschaltete Licht angefangen zu Flackern. Beim hinterlegen der Kaution gab es Probleme da nur Kreditkarte erwünscht ist aber in den Anreisebedinungen dies nicht Klar kommuniziert wird. Bei der Rückgabe der Barkaution gab es auch Probleme weswegen wir 2 mal ins Büro fahren mussten was schlecht zu erreichen ist da es in der nähren Umgebung nicht genügend Parkplätze gibt. Die Unterkunft kommt den Bildern sehr Nah.

Very satisfied with a spacious house with an astonishing view over the Roses bay. This is worth a lot. Easy to find and everything was ready for us. We picked up the keys and moved in for a week. We are very used to renting houses all over Europe. However. The kitchen was poorly equipped. A little from here and there. Bathroom poor. The doublebed was small. The sofa and chairs was indescribable. Wifi on no speed For 2200€ a week i expect everything to be top quality. It wasnt

Leuk huis, wat hoger gelegen op de berg, met mooie balkonnetjes en een groot dakterras. Schitterend uitzicht over de baai van Roses. Strand op loopafstand evenals de supermarkt. Eigen garage; perfect voor motorrijders.

Bel appartement rénové, belle vue. Situé un peu loin de la plage et des courses. Une chambre sent très fort l’urine de chat (signalé dans plusieurs avis) Manque une planche de repassage. Manque un store sur la terrasse. Impossible de manger dehors trop chaud. L’accès aux garages est difficile en voiture mettre une planche pour mettre à niveau.

Sitio fabuloso con vistas impresionantes. Está muy tranquilo y a la terraza, mirando al mar ondulante, te relajas completamente. La casa es grande, muy limpio y renovado recente. Quiero volver :-) 2 puntos a mejorar: - olor ... en una habitación - olor de cloaca en el baño
