5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Appartement non conforme à son standing de 3 étoiles: 1/Si sur le site l'appartement apparait lumineux, moderne, l'appartement est en réalité très sombre, défraichi et sent l'humidité. 2/Il est encombré d'objets du propriétaire (tapis roulé derrière le canapé, des chaises en bois couchées au sol sous l'escalier, etc 3/l'appartement n'a pas fait l'objet d'un ménage complet. Fort de ce constat, aucune proposition nous a été faite hormis l'envoi d'une équipe de ménage. Nous avons préféré partir

La villa est mal entretenue et était très sale à notre arrivée. Les appareils ménagers sont ne sont pas entretenus donc ne fonctionnent pas très bien. La vaisselle était sale et grasse. La climatisation n'est que dans la pièce à vivre, donc le soir dans les chambres à l'étage, impossible de dormir. Les photos internet ne reflètent pas la vérité, elles sont trompeuses.

Concernant le ménage, les équipes en charge de celui-ci ont été informées, elles feront désormais plus attention afin d'éviter cette déception aux futurs locataires.

bon endroit manque juste la climatisation à l’étage et deux chiens qui aboyaient tous les jours tôt le matin sinon tout était parfait

Nos llevamos decepción con la casa, puesto que la realidad difiere mucho de las fotos publicadas. Los muebles en general ( salvo en salón), son viejos y están poco conservados. Baño muy antiguo, armarios con olor cerrado y elementos sueltos ( maderas, lámparas viejas en su interior, etc..). Pero lo peor fue encontrarnos la casa sin limpiar. Las terrazas ni las hemos utilizado de sucias, incluyendo las mesas de exterior que había acumulada suciedad y polvo en exceso y telarañas en interior.
