For shared use: natural state property, garden, swimming pool (150 m2, depth 24 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: lift. Supermarket 300 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Playa del Grau" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 17 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

55 m a.s.l. >>Historical village and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, 40 km east from Girona, 130 km north-east from Barcelona, 6 km from playas de Pals. In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, attractions. Besides: doctor. Access: railway station "Flaçá" 28 km. There are many historical and artistic features in the city. Tourist tax: charged per person/per day, maximum of 7 days stay. Children of 16 years and under are exempt.

El apartamento en general es bueno. Muy buena ubicación dentro recinto y en zona de Pals. Como temas a mejorar es la limpieza. Necesita limpieza a fondo que la asistencia entre periodos de inquilinos (4 horas) no puede abarcar: alfombra y cojines no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo, cristales, espejos… Otro aspecto es que está sobre equipado. No se entiende que haya 3 cafeteras, 2 tostadoras, 2 planchas, 8 sartenes… y asi todo, pero no hay un mueble en salón para guardarlos si no se usa.
