Location Description Barbaste

Picturesque town, city and summer holiday resort with 1'576 inhabitants, on a river, in the countryside, 7 km from Nerac, 32 km from Agen, 124 km from Bordeaux. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Concerts, museum, cinema, attractions. Sights Lud O Parc 5 km, Cultural events Le Moulin des Tours, Le Pont Roman, lakes nearby, wine-growing region, leisure park.

Ons eenvoudige 'huisje' (BBA103) bleek een duplex met een entree op de eerste etage en een klein balkon aan de woonkamer. Misleidend want op de foto met zwembad, zijn huisjes zien. Dit zijn allen slechts kleine appartementen, 1 per etage en het zwembad is piepklein. Geen schaduw beschikbaar. Het interieur was basic, het servies en bestek ronduit karig. In- en uitchecken gaat met Franse efficiëntie. Er is geen mogelijkheid wat te eten of drinken. Lac de Clarens - op 20 min. - grote aanrader!

Het huisje was schoon, park mooi opgezet, heerlijke zwembaden. Minpunten: onze tuin had geen afscheiding waardoor je op het bord van je buren zat te kijken. De meeste tuinen hadden overigens wel een afscheiding. Keuken had maar 2 kookplaten, was weinig voor 6p huisje. Hou er rekening mee dat er geen winkeltje of iets is dus altijd 10 minuten rijden, ook voor broodjes smorgens. Door personeelsgebrek was het broodjesdepot gesloten. Geen animatie of iets en geen tot slechte WiFi

Schoon. Minpunt waren 2 kookplaten voor 6 persoonshuisje en miste een afscheiding in de tuin waardoor je werkelijk met de buren samen zat. Zat geen ruimte tussen, gelijk aangrenzend.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette résidence malgré le contexte COVID, l'appartement était suffisamment spacieux pour 6 personnes . Cependant, concernant le frigo vraiment trop petit pour un appartement de 6 et l'entretien des extérieurs pas top, pas de four (sauf micro onde) L'équipe s'occupant des lieux n'est pas forcément au fait des activités à faire et la liste des marchés affichée à l'accueil n'est pas à jour
