Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre. Pool wurde trotz kaltem Wasser intensiv genutzt. Gute Raumaufteilung, viel Platz, ruhige Lage, nah am Meer und Supermarkt. Haus komplett ausgestattet mit Deko, Büchern, Spielen und umfangreicher Küchenausstattung. Möbel sind teilweise älter aber in gutem Zustand, vieles erneuert. Grundsätzlich sauber, aber nicht in jeder Ecke – bei der überlassenen Einrichtung aber nachvollziehbar, es ist komplett alles da was man brauchen könnte!

A nice and spacious villa in very close proximity to the sea. Well equipped. Terrace & bedrooms with nice views.

We have spent 11 nights there last summer and I have to say that this house has surpassed all expectations. The organisation was extremely helpful and supportive in every situation. We were able to contact our guidance S. was the nicest person and helped us when we needed support. We definetely fell in love with that home. It was clean, fantastically furnished- the pool even has an alarm if someone comes with little kids...  We can highly recommend that house! Even the owner is great! 

The views at this house are exceptional, both day and night. The outside furniture is functional but not luxurious and indoors is reasonably basic but has everything you need. Mattresses were hard but comfortable. There is an electric hotplate for outside cooking which worked well. This property would not suit anyone who can’t do lots of stairs/steps - for two bedrooms the pool is 3 flights of stairs away as the property is terraced and a car is essential as you are at the top of the hill.

Not the best house we ever stayed at but definbitely OK and it has a spectacular view on Saint Tropez (about 5 miles away) - bring your binoculars. Electricity is a bit of an issue: The circuit collapsed and you do not have access to the main switch which is in the garage - so we had to call an emergency number and that took a while, we were helped luckily. It was not very clean when we arrived. If you have a big car you'll have some issues parking on the terrain; my car barely fitted through

We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay here. The appartment was clean and nice, everything was in order, nothing malfunctioned, the pool and all of the estate was super, the surroundings and location very good. Communication with agency smooth.

This house is absolutely stunning, impeccable and has gorgeous views over the bay. It provides everything you need with wonderful decorations. The pool is an absolute delight. The staff at Ste Maxime was very attentive and helpful.

This is our second visit to this villa as we loved it so much the first time. The villa is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent - you have every possible utensil you could need in the kitchen, the pool is whatever temperature you would like it and there is plenty of seating. The owner is so very accommodating and supportive for anything you need but not intrusive at all, even cleans the pools early mornings so you never see him if you don't wish. We will be back - I hope!

Very happy with accommodation. The view and property very good.1 thing to mention is you will not be sharing the pool area with anyone else as the owners live in the other apartment above meaning you will be the only people renting. You are not over looked by them.

Villa Les Toscanes is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: Location in the peace of nature with amazing view from the terrace and the dining table, a swimming-pool surrounded by a beautiful and exotic garden, enough space for everyone, and everything so clean and welcoming! We really enjoyed our week at the villa and in the Roquebrune-sur-Argens area. We encountered excellent hospitality from the owner of the villa and everywhere. We can warmly recommend & would come back again!
