Appartement correspondant au descriptif, très bon standing. Un point à améliorer le dol du salon n'était pas très propre. Pour la vaisselle quelques services pas très propre. Mais la machine à laver la vaisselle changée pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu la propriétaire tout l'après-midi dans l'appartement. Place de parc eo. Par contre l'agence interhome de St malo ne respecte pas ses horaires d'ouverture affiché 0900 ouverture 0915

Appart rénové avec goût, adapté pr 6 pers, avec 3 vraies belles chambres, situées côté cour dc silencieux. Belle pièce de vie, cuisine fonctionnelle et vue splendide. Très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé : 10min à pied de l'intra muros et 5 min à pied des commerces. Ascenseur exiguë ms qui fait très bien le job. A noter que le parking n'est pas accessible aux véhicules de plus d'1,9m ms parking gratuit à 5min à pied, avec véhicule visible depuis le balcon.
