2-room apartment 25 m2 on 2nd floor, west facing position. Partly in 2020: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce gusto) extra). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. The loggia, 5 mq, closed by sliding door. Please note: Bedding completely replaced in 2022. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 26.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 300 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km. Swimming shorts prohibited.

Location Description Narbonne-Plage

Narbonne-Plage with its magnificent white sandy beach is situated near the farmous Languedoc regional park "Massif de la Clape". Well known for its water sports. Family-friendly bathing resort, 80 km north from Perpignan, 165 km south-east from Toulouse, 105 km south from Montpellier. To visit: Narbonne and its historical monuments with the Halles dating from 1901, the cathedral and its treasures, the VIa Domitia. The Domaine de l'Hospitalet, 7 kms, in the La Clape mountains and ist 52 hectares of AOC vineyards coteaux du languedoc. The Clauses honey farm, in Montseret, as the honey is just as important as the wine in Aude.

Sandy beach, 5 km long. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark "AQUAJET". Sports harbour de Narbonne-Plage. Sailing school. Tennis (5 outdoor courts). Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "PIRAT PARK à Gruissan" 12 km. Nightly market in June, July and August. Numerous fish restaurants. Mountain bike and hiking trips in the Clape Mountain range. The heated swimming pool is situated in the "Eva Sport" centre which also has a gym.

Un logement bien situé qui permet d aller facilement à pied à la plage. Mais pas de climatisation. Un clic clac qu il ne faut pas compter comme deux couchages pour des adultes! Pour l étendage il faut choisir entre manger sur la terrasse ou étendre les serviettes. Les escaliers dans la résidence manquent de propreté et un « vigile » à l entrée de la piscine qui vous laisse à peine le temps de poser la serviette car « la douche est obligatoire » et qui ferme l accès 20 min avant l heure le soir.

Une location vieillotte avec une robinetterie d'un autre temps. Pas de ventilateur dans l'appartement. On ne demande pas la clim mais au moins un ventilateur !!! Un vis à vis sur les appartements en face et pas de rideaux non plus. C'est dommage.

Petit espace trop meublé, difficile de circuler. Nous avons eu très chaud, pas de ventilateur. Des gens qui parlent fort jusqu'à 4h du matin. Literie inconfortable : clic clac qui bascule quand on s'assoit au bord, matelas 1 place à ressorts qui rentrent dans le dos, un matelas gonflable aurait été plus confortable ! Piscine accessible uniquement pour la baignade, interdiction de rester au bord. Positif : place de parking, logement propre Bien pour dépanner quelques jours...

l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal proche de la plage du centre ville piscine à disposition,un environnement calme. Par contre l'appartement mérite un coup de neuf ,un canapé clic clac ,housse tachée et matelas ayant largement fait son temps . Etant un inconditionnel de cette station j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
