Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le coté pratique, la vue depuis l'appartement et les jeux et livres pour les enfants, il faisait frais donc nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, lumineux, vue agréable, petite terrasse agréable et bien équipée, appartement propre (tapis du salon et les coussins du canapé moyennement propres) pas de climatisation mais chambres au nord donc assez fraiches cependant avec fenêtres ouvertes c'est un peu bruyant car il y a une rue principale pas loin + rue devant l'immeuble (parking + ramassage des poubelles) un peu gênant pour moi qui habite à la campagne peut être moins gênant pour des citadins

Très bien dans l’ensemble excepté les lits simples extrêmement durs. Nous recommandons de les changer. Autre détail: très peu d’éléments de base: pas de sel,poivre,huile, et…

Très joli appartement, bien agencé et equipé et très bien situé à la fois proche de la plage et des boutiques du Couchant. Immeuble calme et propre.

Super appartement, double exposition avec deux terrasses (une grande et une petite) + une loggia. On est en hauteur, donc vue sympa sur la Grande-Motte avec la mer au fond. Tout équipé (électroménager, machine à laver) il semble avoir été rénové il y a peu, comme le laissent voir les photos (pas de mauvaise surprise, vous louez ce que vous voyez). Résidence bien tenue. Je précise qu'il y a bien un ascenseur (non précisé sur l'annonce).

Un bel appartement dans l'ensemble, une très belle vue. Cependant lors de notre séjour nous avons put constater un manque d'équipements suite à un lavage de linge nous n'avions ni fer à repasser ni étendage (seulement un petit truc fixé au mur du balcon qui se déplie mais qui n'offre pas la possibilité d'étendre une machine complète de linge). Literie du lit double ferme ne convient pas à tout le monde. Mis à part ça nous avons été globalement satisfait de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Appartement bien placé (mer à moins de 10 min à pied) et suffisamment en étage (avec ascenseur) pour avoir une vue dégagée. En revanche, la literie mériterait d’être vraiment revue et les rangements sont peu nombreux pour une famille avec un ou deux enfants. L’accueil par l’agence locale d’Hometogo a été parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement à la Grande Motte mais choisirons un appartement plus en bord de mer pour ce prix.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, in einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus, in der Nähe vom Meer und Hafen. Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder.
