Terrace 15 m2, east facing position, small patio 30 m2, east facing position. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Appartement spacieux et bien équipé dans une belle résidence au calme , à 500 mètres de la mer.

Schönes, grosses Appartment, mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine), schnellem W-LAN, Rollläden, sehr ruhig, trotz Flughafennähe. Parkplatz gleich vor der Haustüre. Weiters konnte der Tennisplatz (Hartplatz) meistens zur gewünschten Zeit (in der Früh) benutzt werden. Der Swimmingpool ist ausreichend gross und tief. Einziger Minuspunkt: Keine deutschen TV-Sender. Der nächste Strand ist ca in 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein tolles Appartement für eine 4-köpfige Familie für einen Urlaub an der Cote Azur.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Urlaub mit Kind. Pro: Der Weg zum Strand war zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten. \nDer Strand an sich war sehr schön und sauber. \nOptisch war die Unterkunft sehr schön. Contra: Die Wohnung war in einem Gebäudekomplex der aus schätzungsweise 50+ Wohnungen besteht. Es war alles sehr laut und hellhörig. \nDer Fußboden war recht schmutzig bei unserer Ankunft. \nToilettenpapier,Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher mussten wir erstmal kaufen gehen. \nWer etwas mehr einkaufen möchte ist ohne Auto aufgeschmissen(meiner Meinung nach)\nAm Pool fehlen für meinen Geschmack die liegen da wir auf dem Beton liegen mussten. \n

LA PISCINE ETAIT BIEN,MAIS DOMMAGE QU IL Y AIT EU CES REMARQUES!!!!!! Contra: LES VACANCIERS NE SONT pas TRÈS APPRÉCIES A LA PISCINE. LES RESIDENTS NE SE GENENT PAS POUR LE FAIRE REMARQUER!!!!!!
