Apartment house "Les Ilaires", 2 storeys, built in 1962. In the resort 600 m from the centre of Lavandou, in a sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m, café, internet café 400 m, bicycle rental 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 500 m, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 1 km, minigolf 1.2 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou.

Location très bien situé avec climatisation, malheureusement très bruyant,boules quies indispensable et le parking est situé loin de la location dommage .

bonne situation , 700 m de la plage à pied. Super marché à 200m . résidence ancienne mais calme , un peu sonore . clim efficace , et matériel cuisine OK . pour trouver l agence ce n est pas très facile . pour rendre les clés le samedi ce serai bien si l'agence ouvrait à 8H.
