Kitchen in the entrance (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 392 Sous Sol. Please note: fridge without freezer, parking space for small car only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Appartement bien mais un peu dans son jus. Serait plus gai avec une decoration plus moderne. Bien fourni pour le materiel Bien situé, à proximité de tout, commerce, mer et plage et aussi agence qui s'occupe des clés, avec un service sérieux mème si on n'a pas eu affaire au personnel en direct..Merci à eux... Avons passé un bon séjour, malgré le manque d'un petit barbecue..

Appartement Très bien situé, l’agence interhome est juste à côté, très professionnelle et accueillante. C’est bien d’avoir une place de parking, mais dommage qu’elle soit trop étroite, au risque d’abîmer la voiture nous avons fait le choix de se garer sur un parking extérieur gratuit.

Location + que correcte malgré l’étroitesse, l’appartement est bien équipé ce qui rend le séjour plus simple. L’agence Interhome se trouve juste à côté et est très accueillante, à ce niveau là, aucun problème. Les bémols: bruits de canalisation toute la nuit, odeurs parfois très désagréables dans la résidence. Pression de l’eau dans la douche faible. Petit (gros) souci avec le parking un voisin bizarre qui nous a empêché de nous garer à notre place presque tout le séjour.

Proche des commerces et de la marina le logement est simple et conforme au descriptif. Bien équipé il manque un peu de rangement. Le point faible est l’entretien (cheveux dans la baignoire et le lavabo. Moutons sous le lit filtre du lave vaisselle à vider ) mais Rien de bien grave !
