This was the perfect quiet apartment for a couple of nights in Šibenik. We absolutely loved enjoying a glass of wine on the patio.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Be aware, the kitchen is quite small, the television plays only a few local channels, and the air conditioning does not reach to the bedrooms, so on a hot day/night, it can get a bit uncomfortable. We used the fan as best we could. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great. The host was very responsive and check in was simple.

La villa Otavia est superbe convenant pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Parfaitement équipée, complètement climatisée et avec une superbe piscine d'une profondeur de 170 cm. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et discrets. La localisation est parfaite tant pour découvrir la côte dalmate que l'intérieur des terres avec les réserves de Krka et de Plivice. Les îles de Kornati sont à portée de bateau. Sibenic, Trogir et Split sont à découvrir.

Great apartment, first floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, big living room with big fully equipped kitchen. Nice balcony. Amaizing pool. L. is very hospitable. Everything was OK.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Carmen and had a great time there. Quiet location and still not very far away from supermarkets and sightseeing locations. The house was perfectly in order and had everything we needed…and more.

Nice property, nice apartment with air con, the local taxes and air con were an extra €50 which is in the small print, getting toilet paper replenished was an issue so I just bought my own, also the air con unit was full/leaking which ruined a paperback book, but generally all good with everything you need for a holiday. The Wi-Fi code didn’t work - even he account details were incorrect, but 4G was available throughout.

Čistý, pečlivě udržovaný apartmán kousek od moře. Majitel velmi milý, bydlí v přízemí a je zde téměř neustále přítomen. Trochu nepříjemné jsou kamery venku i na terase a čidla pohybu v apartmánu, které nám přišli trochu zbytečné, když je majitel stále přítomen. Doporučujeme klidným a pořádným cestovatelům... doporučujeme si vzít vlastní hrnec, v apartmánu je pouze 1.

This villa exceeded our expectations. Everything is nice and new, bathrooms in each room, there is a washing machine (it was surprise for us, as it wasn't mentioned in description). Good location, parking, sea is just outside the gates, very nice bar in 3 min on foot. Biggest recommendations from our group!

P. was so lovely upon arrival - telling us everything about the house and helping us settle in. She made herself available any time during our stay but otherwise left us be. The house is bigger in real life than it looks in the photos.
