Location Description Ascona

196 m a.s.l. >>Ascona is the lowest-lying town in Switzerland. It lies 196 metres above sea level on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Ascona is famous for its old town, the southern lakeside promenade with its street cafés and its mild climate. In Ascona's old town centre, Borgo, lies the impressive church of San Pietro e Paolo, a pillared basilica from the 16th century, whose high bell tower is the landmark of the holiday resort. The branching old town streets lead to the car-free lakeside promenade with charming street cafés. Above Ascona lies Monte Verità, the mountain of truth. Here, lateral thinkers founded a colony at the beginning of the 20th century, which attracted celebrities from all over the world. Today, the mountain is a seminar centre for the universities of Lucerne and Zurich and a museum shows the history of the alternative colony and its founders. Auf dem Dach des Hauses, direkt über der Wohnung befindet sich eine 5G-Antenne. Die Strahlungen von 5G-Antennen stellen ein Gesundheitsrisiko für Mensch und Tier dar. Unserer Meinung eine Zumutung so eine Antenne auf einem Appartementhaus mit Ferienwohnungen zu platzieren. Das Haus und auch die Wohnung haben beide schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind einfach nur billig (Ikea) und haben ihre Lebensdauer schon vor einiger Zeit erreicht. Wir sahen uns gezwungen eine alternative Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt zu suchen. Die 5G-Antenne auf dem Dach sowie der Zustand der Wohnung waren ein absolutes Nogo. Der Preis von Fr. 415.- für 2 Nächte ist für diese Wohnung einfach unverschämt. Wie die guten Bewertungen von 4.8 von 5 auf der Webseite zustande kommen ist uns absolut schleierhaft.

Super Wohnung. Gross, sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal, Nahe am Bus, Zentrum und See. Es hat nebenan ein Hotel mit Restaurant wo ein Abend die Gäste bis ca Mitternacht laut waren, stört aber nur bei offenen Fenster.

wir waren zu zweit für 3 nächte in der Ferienunterkunft + sehr geräumig und für unsere Nutzung (viel unterwegs) gut + Küche optimal ausgestattet + sehr sauber - Leider Matratze unbequem (für mich zu weich) - letzte Nacht ab mitternacht war es sehr laut (fr auf sa Nacht) - hellhörig schlafen kaum möglich

Super Lage - in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Lido, Bagno Pubblico oder an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Lediglich die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ein wenig ‚in die Jahre‘ gekommen. In der Küche fehlten Abdeckungen an den Schränken / Dampfabzug.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé au centre d’Ascona. A proximité des commerces, Migros et boulangerie à 100 mètres. Le lac à 300 mètre. Location très bien organisée! Le seul petit bémol est le bruit, immeuble pas très bien isolé mais c’est supportable.

Seepromenade, Supermarkt, Osteria und Bäcker (sonntags bis 12 Uhr geöffnet) in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, also ein toller Standort. Ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Zuschnitt der Wohnung, guter Service, hat alles geklappt. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar bis 18 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben. Gutes WLAN, konnten sogar einen Föhn ausleihen ;-)

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le logement est spacieux et bien placé, bien chauffé également. Parking pratique. La décoration a été refaite et on s’y sent bien. Néanmoins, ça reste un immeuble qui a déjà pas mal d’années derrière lui et par exemple la salle de bains date un peu et l’isolation phonique n’est pas fantastique, sans que ça soit grave pour autant.
