In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. 700 m long bumpy, narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house on the premises. Location Description Inca

Cosy resort, in the northern part of the island, 35 km north from Palma de Mallorca, 23 km from Playa ca'n Picafort, 23 km from Port d'Alcúdia. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Town well known for the leather and shoe industry. It is in an ideal position for excursions around the whole island. Thursday market on the church square. Sightseeing: Sta Maria la Major church, monastery Sant Bartomeu, old Domenican convent, St Francis convent, retreat of Sta Magdalena, mills, shops, manor houses.
