Location Description Pollença

Well-known resort with 17'000 inhabitants, 50 km from Palma de Mallorca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Pollença offers the vistors a great association of sea and mountain, very rich botanic area, ideal for the nature lovers. The town is formed by former villages Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Cala Sant Vicente. Places of interest: the Roman bridge, the Museum of Pollença, House-Museum Dionís Bennàssar. International music festival in summer. The major celebration takes place the first week of August: Festa de la Patronna.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Dass der Ort mit einigen 'Riesenhotels' belastet ist, kann Interhome nicht ändern. Die Wohnung entspricht den Erwartungen, allerdings sollten die Eigentümer dem Schimmelgeruch im hinteren Schlafzimmer nachgehen - und vielleicht den Duschkopf mal in Essigwasser kochen. :-) Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr gut nutzbar!

Die Lage ist optimal. Der Garten sehr schön gestaltet und gut zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem für einen entspannten Urlaub eingerichtet. Einzig das hintere Schlafzimmer richt stark nach Schimmel.

Excelente! En todos los sentidos, el apartamento muy nuevo y actualizado, con una decoracion comoda, agradable y bonita. La ubicacion tan cerca de la playa, perfecta. La terraza jardin. Perfecta para las comidas mirando el mar. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas comodas. El aire acondicionado, perfecto para este verano de tanto calor. La cocina con todo lo necesario. En general, ha sido fantastico y para repetir sin duda. Tanto por el apartamento como por la cala. Solo diria, que para llegar al apartamento hay un tramo de escaleras (10 peldaños aprox) que hace incomodo el traslado de maletas y bultos/compras. Y que debes aparcar en la calle. Enhorabuena a la propietaria por su acierto al comprarlo y dejarlo para alquilar.
