"Leonor", 3-room farmhouse 80 m2. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto)). Shower/WC. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Motril: The TV works only with Chrome Cast beautiful, comfortable house "Leonor", renovated. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Motril, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 3.7 km from the sea, 3.7 km from the beach. For shared use: natural garden. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, barbecue. 2 km long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, pedestrian zone 1.5 km, pub garden 3 km, bus stop "Motril" 3 km, sandy beach "Playa Granada" 5 km, diving center 5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 2 km, chair lift 95 km, slopes 95 km, ski school 95 km. Location Description Motril

Fishing village with 58'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, in a convenient position, 20 km east from Almuñécar, 70 km south from Granada, 90 km east from Málaga. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, attractions. Town between the Sierra Lujar mountain range and the Mediterranean sea. Commercial and sailing harbour (Real Club Nautico). Due to its tropical climate, avocados, mangos and sugar cane is grown. Note its blue flag beaches, Calahonda and Carchuna. To visit: la Encarnacion church, Santuario de Ntra Sra de la Cabeza (el cerro de la Virgen), Iglesia de la divina Pastora and Santuario de la Virgen del Carmen. Local fiestas: Easter, fiesta de las Cruces (3/5), of the Virgen del Carmen (16/7), Procesion de la Virgen de las Angustias (2nd Sunday in October), Semana Verde de Andalucia, sugar fiesta (concerts on the beach). Cuisine: Migas, sardines and Montero rum.

Belle location. Maison spacieuse, très beau jardin. Climatisation très efficace dans la pièce principale. Dans les chambres ventilateurs. Maison située un peu en dehors de la ville. Route très étroite pour y accéder. Parking pour la voiture dans le jardin. Passage pour l'entretien de la piscine faite une fois par semaine (très discret).

Es una casa muy completa y huele a nuevo todo!! La cocina tiene de todo y en general la casa tiene de todo, el césped está genial, la piscina es un poco pequeña. Lo que no nos gustó mucho es la parte de abajo por qué está muy aislada de la casa y también para el verano haría falta aire acondicionado por qué la casa es un poco caluroso.
