Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with fan. Shower/WC. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the sea. House "El Zapo", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of La Herradura, 4 km from the centre of Almuñécar, on a slope, 1.6 km from the sea. Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Apr. - 01.Nov.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue. 250 m long bumpy, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Carretera de Almería" 4 km, pebble beach 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Almuñécar

Fishing village, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 90 km south from Granada, 80 km east from Málaga. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, attractions. The old town is of great interest, with narrow alleyways and houses full of flowers. Fiesta Mayor from 7 to 15 August, with spectacular fireworks on 15th August.

We arrived and were made to feel very welcome by P. and C. The house was very clean and tidy and very private. The pool was lovely and the BBQ was brilliant. Although the last bit of the road up to the house is very narrow we soon got used to it. We were literally only 5 mins from the centre of Almunecar where we found some lovely cafes and restaurants and all very reasonably priced. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday and would thoroughly recommend it.

Les propriétaires étaient super accueillants et souriants. Même si on parlait très peu espagnol, P. le propriétaire nous aidait car il parlait un peu français. La route est étroite et difficile mais avec le temps on arrive à gérer. La maison est belle, la piscine magnifique. On a bien profité sans vis à vis, dans le calme totale

C'est un endroit relaxant et loin des regards indiscrets. Pro: Les extérieurs sont grands. La vue est juste splendide! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans les alentours. Contra: Les derniers km peuvent s'avérer dangereux pour qqn qui n'est pas expérimenté en conduite.\nLe propriétaire nous a fait payer l'électricité. Je trouve que pour le prix de la location, il aurait pu fermer les yeux...

Ferienhaus am Hang mit anspruchsvoller Anfahrt, was aber durch die fürsorglichen Vermieter Paco und Carmen erleichtert wurde und nach 2 Tagen kein Problem mehr war. Bei der Ankunft gab es Obst aus dem eigenen Garten und nützliche Tipps für Strand und Essen. Sehr gutes W-Lan, toller Pool, nicht einsehbar, großer Grill, keine direkten Nachbarn, dadurch sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Malaga und Granada.

Ein netter und korrekter Eigentümer. Exzellente Betreuung von der Frau Ursula. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und in ruhiger Lage. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit der OpenAir Küche sehr praktisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Österreich

Nous avons après un périple de 2000kms découvert cette propriété magnifique isolée sur flan de colline sans vis a vis. Pour une tranquillité et repos idéal.la piscine et la végétation sont un atout de taille.les propriétaires très accueillants.un bémol toutefois l'accès pour tourner et monter jusqu'à la maison est très très compliqué ! j'ai 31 ans de permis.j'ai mis plusieurs jours pour maîtriser la manœuvre avec l'aide de mes garçons pour me guider.Nous reviendrons tellement le cadre est joli.
