Private: small, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (3 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Plaza Leopoldo Alas Clarin" 550 m, sandy beach "Playa Nueva Andalucía" 3.3 km. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.3 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Marbella

Well-known, famous town, Marbella is a city famous in the world for its mild climate, the beauty of its landscapes by the sea, the protection from the northern cold by the mountain range, the happy tranquility of its rhythm of life and the convivial cosmopolitanism of its inhabitants. It is located 60 kilometers from the international airport of Malaga and about 80 to the east of Gibraltar, both by dual highway and motorway. The city is a coastal center of numerous modern urbanizations, full of gardens with places of recreation for all kinds of playful and recreational activities, which contrasts with the charm of its central streets, with a medieval layout and popular Andalusian architecture. From being an agricultural and fishing town, Marbella gradually became a world benchmark for quality tourism. In just a few years, more than thirty golf courses have been built throughout its municipal area and it has the honor of having been the city where the popular sport of paddle tennis was born and made known to the world. In Marbella there are hundreds of slopes and numerous clubs for this activity. It has a very interesting Roman past from an archaeological point of view, as well as very beautiful wooded areas that engage the spirits of hiking fans. Marbella consists of various places worth visiting: starting from the west we can enjoy the Guadalmina golf courses and the town of San Pedro de Alcántara next to Puerto Banús. Likewise, in the historic center of Marbella, more or less old parts coexist in perfect harmony with the current modernity of the city. To the east, on the coast we can find the wonderful area of Elviria, with walks through the forest and an adventure center, also for golf lovers, the popular 18-hole golf course Santa María Golf and the Natural Monument of the Dunes de Artola, one of the few protected natural spaces on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. The beauty of the sea is always an attraction for nautical activities that take place in marinas and ports along the coast. Marbella has a very marked personality due to its cultural traditions and offers of top quality services in a multitude of sectors that delight any visitor: from high school gastronomy to beach bars and familiar restaurants, grocery stores and typical bars of the Spanish south, as well as a wide range of international cuisine. Marbella is a wonderful place to live and vacation, because, in summary, it has two very appreciated characteristics in today's world: the magnificent quality of life found here and the calm and slow way in which everything happens.

Virkelig dejlig beliggenhed og udsigt. Skøn pool og terrasse. Dog var der kun 6 stole ved bordet på terrassen. Huset er beregnet til 8 personer - vi var 7. Køkkenskabe- og skuffer trænger til en gennemgang af service, bestik, skåle, pander m.m. Vi manglede glas og the-skeer. Ved henvendelse til interhome, blev det dog straks leveret. Stor ros for det.

Firstly the property itself is in a lovely location, with plenty of local bars and restaurants around. The walk to Puerto banus is about a 35-40 minute down some rough hills. For all you can see the property is dated from the pictures, this place really needs an update. Door frames hanging off and leaking bidets. For all it sleeps 8 people you will need a fan for one bedroom as there is no aircon. Also don't expect to have seating for 8 or pool beds for at least half of you.

Pro: Swimming pool was lovely, nice view & surrounding area nice to chill with friends & family. Contra: Not enough towels for guests, lack of kitchen necessitates, no toilet roll, no dishwasher tablets, no working lighter to light the hob, air conditioning only working in one room, no chopping board or wine glasses.

Me and my family spend 5 nights in the property and our stay was great! It takes about 30 min to walk down to mistral beach at puerto banus and 5min with bolt/uber. A couple of great restaurants a few meters from the property, 2 I would highly recommend if someone else rents this property, Tomodachi & Andy’s souvlaki. If it’s time by the pool for yourself, party in nightclubs from dusk until dawn or hike in the mountains this house offers you great flexibility in the type of vacation you want!
