Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Location Description Marbella

Well-known, famous town, Marbella is a city famous in the world for its mild climate, the beauty of its landscapes by the sea, the protection from the northern cold by the mountain range, the happy tranquility of its rhythm of life and the convivial cosmopolitanism of its inhabitants. It is located 60 kilometers from the international airport of Malaga and about 80 to the east of Gibraltar, both by dual highway and motorway. The city is a coastal center of numerous modern urbanizations, full of gardens with places of recreation for all kinds of playful and recreational activities, which contrasts with the charm of its central streets, with a medieval layout and popular Andalusian architecture. From being an agricultural and fishing town, Marbella gradually became a world benchmark for quality tourism. In just a few years, more than thirty golf courses have been built throughout its municipal area and it has the honor of having been the city where the popular sport of paddle tennis was born and made known to the world. In Marbella there are hundreds of slopes and numerous clubs for this activity. It has a very interesting Roman past from an archaeological point of view, as well as very beautiful wooded areas that engage the spirits of hiking fans. Marbella consists of various places worth visiting: starting from the west we can enjoy the Guadalmina golf courses and the town of San Pedro de Alcántara next to Puerto Banús. Likewise, in the historic center of Marbella, more or less old parts coexist in perfect harmony with the current modernity of the city. To the east, on the coast we can find the wonderful area of Elviria, with walks through the forest and an adventure center, also for golf lovers, the popular 18-hole golf course Santa María Golf and the Natural Monument of the Dunes de Artola, one of the few protected natural spaces on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. The beauty of the sea is always an attraction for nautical activities that take place in marinas and ports along the coast. Marbella has a very marked personality due to its cultural traditions and offers of top quality services in a multitude of sectors that delight any visitor: from high school gastronomy to beach bars and familiar restaurants, grocery stores and typical bars of the Spanish south, as well as a wide range of international cuisine. Dear sir madam ,,when we arrived at the apartment we found a glass door on the down stairs bathroom badly cracked and in a dangerous condition we informed the key holder ,who said he knew about it..and asked us to send a photo of the door we did straight away, but found it odd that he was aware of it..we then found the kettle was broken and the iron badly burnt again we informed him about this.this was in the first few hours of arrival..the place was clean ,but it was a lot cleaner when we left.

Supercor 250 m beach walking distance. Reataurants a bit further. Nice quiet area, great terraces with views, Indoor pool not so clean. Nice outdoor pool, sauna, gym. Apartment nice and kitchen well equipped except lack of dishwasher. Kitchen very small.

Vi nød 7 dage i det dejlige feriehus, rummeligt og alt hvad vi skulle bruge med en familie som 5. Øverste terrasse med havudsigt. Pools skønne og i smukt ressort stil. 10 km til Marbella, super nemt ind af hoved vejen, strand tæt ved Nikki Beach benyttede vi, skøn strand. Mijas 25 min med bil, super lokation dejligt hus, pool og fleksible ved ankomsten og afgang. Tak til M.

Hicimos una reserva para 5 huéspedes chalet...A.Y. Había 2 habitaciones y un sofá cama. El colchón del sofá cama era muy sucia... Mande unos mensajes a M. (responsable de llave) para informarle. Me ignoró y no me contestó. Tuve que ir a comprar un colchón para que mis hijas podían dormir. El trato fue pésimo. El horno estaba muy sucio. La casa olía a cerrada. Hay que ventilar la casa antes la llegada de los huéspedes.

Un chalet fantástico para 4 personas y nuestros 2 westies. Muy bien equipado y a 15minutos andando (3 en coche) de la playa de Cabopino en donde está todo el mundo disfrutando de los restaurantes y la playa con sus perros. El chalet está perfectamente equipado para 4 personas (cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, etc...) y a 3 minutps andando de Supercor que abre todos los días hasta las 00:00. En Semana Santa aparcamos en la puerta todos los días.

Wir waren einen Monat, Mitte Februar bis Mitte März in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist gut und man kommt schnell überall hin. Parkplätze hat es immer genug vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist nicht unbedingt sehr praktisch zum Kochen, aber es geht. Die Sauberkaut bei der Übernahme war eher mittelmässig. Die Einrichtung ist eher abgenützt und teilweise beschädigt. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
