Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (105 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, bath/bidet/WC. Floor heating. Natural stone floors. Terrace 25 m2, roofed, patio 50 m2. Deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The extra bed is a folding bed. Marble floor. CR/AL/00196

House "Finca La Veleta", built in 1999, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Los Gallardos, 12 km from the centre of Mojácar, in a secluded position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 11 ha, garden (not fenced), swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). In the house: burglar alarm system. Single garage. Bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. House surrounded by orange groves (6 hectares) and seasonal crops. Person responsible for the care of the farm. Farm is situated at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera, not far from Mojacar.

„Das Haus ist wunderschön. In seiner Architektur mit dem Bauhaus verwand steht es auf dem großzügigen Grundstück und sticht, mit seinem neuen, weißen/ blauen Anstrich aus der Gegend hervor. Einmalig! Ein Traum ist die schattig und luftige Terrasse aus Marmor mit Zugang zum Pool, Dusche, WC und Garten. Die Küche in Blau/ lila ist funktional und bietet viel Platz. Das Haus ist wunderschön. In seiner Architektur mit dem Bauhaus verwand steht es auf dem großzügigen Grundstück und sticht, mit seinem neuen, weißen/ blauen Anstrich aus der Gegend hervor. Einmalig! Im Wechselspiel gibt es mit fest installierte Lamellen gesicherte Vorbauten, die das innere vor Sonne und Einbruch schützen, dahinter das Esszimmer und die zwei Badezimmer. Daneben jeweils der Part mit den kleinen, überdachten Terrassen, die ebenfalls das innere vor Sonnenlicht und Wärme schützen, ergo das Wohnzimmer mit bodentiefen Schiebetüren und die zwei Schlafzimmer. Hier hätte ich mir je auch ein Austritt und damit Bodentiefe Fenster/ Türen gewünscht. Die Schlafzimmer sind funktional und reduziert eingerichtet, ich mag so etwas sehr. Beide Badezimmer mit Wannendusche. Wobei es leider in einem Bad keine Duschwand gab und das Fenster sich nicht öffnen ließ. Die Küche in Blau/Lila ist ebenfalls funktional eingerichtet, großzügig und schön. Der Gasherd war ein Traum. Die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und den Pool liegt vor der Küche und dem Esszimmer. Es ist ein Ort an dem man gerne für Stunden verweilt. Die Terrasse erhält durch die luftige Architektur des Daches und der Seitenwand genügend Luftzirkulation und Schatten. Hier steht ein großer Holztisch mit Marmorplatte, ebenfalls auf weißem Marmor. Dieses sieht nicht nur schön aus, sondern der weiße Marmor heizt sich nicht arg auf. Der Marmor umrundet auch den großen Pool, herrlich und gleichzeitig sehr rutschig, wenn der Marmor nass ist. Links daneben gibt es noch eine Freiluft Terrasse aus Sandstein. Hier gibt es eine schöne Außendusche, welche aus einer imposanten Metall-Konstruktion kommt. Aus der Ferne, wirkt diese Konstruktion wie Stierhörner, sehr spanisch. Von der Terrasse geht ein kleines Bad ab, praktisch und durchdacht. Ebenso gelangt man von hier auf die Dachterrasse, von der man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick hat. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum. Der Garten ist mit einigen Palmen und Olivenbäumen bepflanzt und ansonsten kark. In der Ferne sieht man einige Häuser und dahinter die Berge. Berge so wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. (Gerne hätte ich mehr geschrieben..)

More disappointed by the dilapidated state of the inside the villa caused by an earthquake in late December 2022 about which we were not informed. Very big unsightly cracks in all areas. Would we go again... NO

Thank you for the feedback. Please be assured that the owner constantly maintains this property and is slowly repairing any esthetic appearances. The walls does not affect safety within the property.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't usable for the 1st 14 days of our 30 day stay but that was our fault for for overlooking the information about it's availability. We assumed wrongly that if we booked a villa with a pool that's what we would get. Beware and check this out. More disappointed by the dilapidated state of the inside the villa caused by an earthquake in late December 2022 about which we were not informed. Very big unsightly cracks in all areas. The exterior of the villa required complete repair and redecoration and was very shabby. The kitchen was functional but poorly laid out and equiped and very dark. A positive was lots and lots of hot water in the bathrooms. The farscape scenery, mountains and distant views, were great but the nearscape was barren, no orange groves, vegetable patch or garden. It was peaceful and quiet apart from the traffic noise of the nearby dual carriage way. The beds were comfortable if primitive. A car is a definate must as the location is very remote and far from any bars or restaurants. Would we go again - no.

Bardzo polecamy dom. Spełnił nasze wszystkie oczekiwania, dostarczał nam dużo prywatności i swobody. Bardzo dobry dojazd na plażę. Wyjątkowy basen, ogromne funkcjonalne pomieszczenia. Serdecznie polecamy. Opis zgodny z stanem faktycznym. Dom bardzo czysty i zadbany.

Die Beschreibung des Gartens entsprach nicht der Realität. Keine Orangenbäume und auch kein Gemüsebeet waren vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Gelände um die Villa stark verwildert. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine (einstmals) prachtvolle Villa mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau.

Schöne Villa mit Abstrichen Pro: Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren ok. Contra: Die Beschreibung des Gartens entsprach nicht der Realität. Keine Orangenbäume und auch kein Gemüsebeet waren vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Gelände um die Villa stark verwildert. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine (einstmals) prachtvolle Villa. Ca. 300 m² Wohnfläche mit Garage. Festzustellen war allerdings, dass ein erheblicher Renovierungsstau vorlag. Der Putz bröckelte an einigen Stellen von den Wänden, die Bodenfliesen im Außenbereich waren teilweise gerissen, das Fenster in einem der Badezimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen, die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, so dass immer der Rollladen herabgelassen werden musste. Die Terrassenmöbel waren aus (billigem) Kunststoff, die Stühle ohne Sitzauflagen und der Terrassentisch wurde auf Rollen montiert, womit die Tischkante sehr hoch war.

La casa esta perfectamente adaptada para 4 personas. Limpia y acogedora. La piscina excelente. El mobiliario en perfecto estado. Quiza me hubiese gustado que tuviese Barbacoa... El entorno un poco aislado pero super tranquilo, aunque el Sábado a lo lejos se oía música de algún local cercano... Volveria...

La casa está genial, muy fresquita y cómoda. La cocina súper equipada! La única pega que le pondría es que no está vallada por lo que si vas con niños o perros tienes que estar vigilando que no se vayan hacia la carretera que está por detrás... Por lo demás todo perfecto, para repetir!

15 jours de vacances hors saison dans une maison des plus agréables ! la piscine est un délice avec une vue magnifique. La cuisine est ultra fonctionnelle quand on aime cuisiner (ou pas), les chambres sont bcp plus agréables qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Un rapport qualité prix incontestable ! Le village de Mojacar est le lieu à voir aux alentours (Mojacar plage est plus insipide) Almeria ne mérite vraiment pas le détour! Un grand merci à C. pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion
